Speaker 0
Seeing, the TPS ladies sit back relaxing after their first hockey game. Speaker 1
Wow. Who knew the TPS women's team would have a shutout in their first game. Speaker 2
I didn't even know we could play hockey. Speaker 3
Hell, I didn't even know I could skate. Speaker 0
Is it really a women's hockey team? The portal just opened up center ice and poof to call the men folk. Speaker 4
I'm surprised we didn't get a penalty for that. To be fair, I read the official League rule book and wait. You read the whole rule book? Speaker 2
Yeah. Or she did? Awesome. Speaker 0
Fuck a nerd. I'd have a shitty about the fellas, though. Speaker 1
I bet Trace and Trolley would have loved that old dress corn they had at the concession stand. Speaker 3
Oh, and they have peppermint mochas. Speaker 1
The things that I would do for mint chocolate, anything are both unholy and illegal in most provinces and territories. Speaker 0
Well, no, that's nice. Being in the locker room, shooting the shit with the gals, and not having some dude be all of course, women leak chocolate, near, near, near, Oh, I like chocolate when you're choking on a dickhead. Speaker 3
Or there's so moody. Or oh, you like that band? But you can't name five of their songs. Speaker 5
don't know, jumping in on Speaker 4
the ladies, like, hitting me? Speaker 0
I can name the five toes on the foot. I'll put up your ass. You fucking prick. Speaker 1
And, you know, sometimes? I don't feel like being mis congeniality. Sometimes, I just want to rock out with my Jill shorts out at the bar. The men's reactions? You're really worth it. Speaker 0
That make you uncomfortable, your patriarchal douche bag? Good. Speaker 2
We're still talking about hockey. Right? Speaker 4
Oh, it's nice. Having you as my friend, us ladies, just sitting here, shooting the shit, celebrating our differences, and what we have in common, it's really a beautiful thing. Oh, wait, Speaker 1
the totes. It really is. Speaker 0
Fucking love you guys. Speaker 4
That fresh produce stand there. That's a beauty. Speaker 0
What do you listen to? Speaker 6
My favorite murder podcast. Speaker 4
Taggart and Dorn's podcast. The produce stand. Speaker 2
It is bursty Thursday and nothing is assigned with appointments again, getting me out at the produce stand. A podcast dedicated to everything in the universe. Now I know what you're thinking. There are plenty of other leaded letter Kenny podcasts out there. There aren't. This is the only one celebrating international women's day. I'm Casey, your host for this special edition and joining me in the Zoom are the lovely Tanya. Erin, Awesome, Cassie, and Liz, and joining us online are the boys. Munress. Oh, my gourd. Speaker 4
I regret nothing. So welcome Speaker 2
everyone. We are here tonight. We are gathered together today to celebrate we'll pre celebrate great. International Women State, which is officially tomorrow. I personally have had a week. So I am ready to cuddle up with you guys virtually, obviously, and have a little chew, have a little chow down, have a little girl's time. So Speaker 2
out what's been going on. Speaker 4
How are you now? Speaker 2
Well, yeah, I don't know. Sorry, Al. That's not in the script. So this is the order of operations. We'll go Tanya, Erin, Cassie, Liz, awesome, and I'll have the final word. Tanya, how was your week? Speaker 5
My week has been crazy. Started off with a doctor's appointment for my son, which turns into a procedure, tomorrow for him, just wisdom teeth. So getting ready for that. I got, a house full of jello, ice cream, freezies, all types of fun sugary stuff. And then it landed me in the Speaker 2
place to be. Yeah. Speaker 5
It landed me in the doctor's office on, I think, two day or Wednesday. I don't even remember. I I ended up having the worst sore throat and, coming down with some sort of sinus infection, that was like instant. I woke up and it was just bad bad. So thankfully, I have antibiotics on board. And, I can keep keep the the week running and, didn't miss beat. I I just kinda kept on going and was able to complete work, but I'm tired. I'm very, very tired. It's team nights tonight. It's t Thursday. Is that a thing? T Thursday, Adam? Speaker 2
Thursday. Spill the tea. So so follow-up question. Katie has Mexico. Right. What is your Mexico? Speaker 5
Mexico is me oh, no. Mexico was evil. Speaker 4
Mexico is evil. Mexico is evil for you. Speaker 5
Mexico is evil, Mexico hates me. I love it. It's nothing about Mexico, other people love food, love Mexico. Speaker 0
Fundamentally incompatible. Speaker 5
I am just, yeah, physically not meant to go to that country. My body rejects it. But, where's my Mexico? Speaker 4
question. Yeah. It does. Speaker 5
Where's my where's my, like, my my happy place? Going for a massage, but that's not a country. Speaker 4
that could be it. That could be your message. Speaker 5
Yeah. You you know, yeah. Just just yeah, Walt Disney. That was, yeah, Florida was fantastic. When we went to Disney, that was very much my happy place. Love my family. Love spending time with the kids. Love seeing their little giggles and laughs and feeling like a kid myself. That was a great experience. Really truly. Yep. For sure. Speaker 2
Nice. Aaron, how are you now? Speaker 4
Okay. That's great. Oh, it's been super fun. We've had parent teacher conferences, which are great. I had a hundred percent of my family show up. They were lovely. Although today was just a lot of, extra body fluids, it probably would have not been interested to have on me. I had, some of my second grade students, former students come to, you know, give me hugs. And they pulled away and there was just all sorts of, pink eye everywhere. So it was nice of them. And so they shared. And then, we had another student who I'm not sure why just the way that I set up my room but came around and was standing really close to my face and and then had a very, very, a lot of saliva in their mouth and just it all came on my face and went into Speaker 4
That is not what she said, please. It was just insane. And so I had to I had to not wanna do all the things because their family was there and they were seeing a beautiful story. So I I don't think I don't Speaker 7
think I washed my face enough. Speaker 4
So I'm just I'm here. Hyviso is Is home your Mexico? What's your Mexico? Okay. I have so many Mexicos. It's not even funny. So, I mean, Disney is definitely one of them. I lock in in Scotland and then give it to me all the time, but like the one that keeps calling me back is New York City. I wanna retire there. I love it. Give me all of the things. I just I wanna be with the people. I wanna be seeing every Broadway show. I wanna work there. I just wanna walk down the streets and be with every the energies. And then also the culture and everything, like, I just give me New York. Speaker 2
Excellent. I'll move there with you. Cassie, how are you now? Speaker 2
I'm okay. I'm good. I'm here. How was your week? Speaker 1
It has been a week. Honestly, it's been busy between I started throwing around the ideas for something I'm gonna write. I signed up for spring mix leak hockey, and been talking to my personal trainer and throwing around training for, like, a, a small triathlon. Like, it's called try a try. So gonna try it, maybe, if he can get enough people in. Speaker 3
I have a question. Does mixed league hockey mean, men and women? Is that the mix? Speaker 1
The mix in this case is, basically skill level. So you have baby beginner whaleship players like me, up to some people, who are just amazing Speaker 4
and everything in between. Speaker 3
Well, I guess that would challenge you. Yeah. At least. Speaker 2
It's a good chance. So what's so what's your Mexico? Speaker 1
I've got three, honestly, and anybody who knows me is not gonna be surprised at all. First one, I mean, It's the hockey rink. I walk in there. And once you get, towards the locker rooms, like, you think they'd smell really bad, but the ozone from the ring. Like, I always just take this big breath and it feels like it's just, like, removing any negative energy from my body. It's my favorite thing to do on a Saturday night. Second is, this funky little place in Toronto, it's called the comedy bar. It's just a tiny little comedy theater that has quickly become a place that feels like home, honestly. It feels like going back to somewhere I belong, and it just makes me so happy. It's like a warm hug. And the third place is on the res near where I live. Six nations and, miss Sauga, the new credit specifically where they have the, three fires homecoming pow wow. The smells, the sounds, just being there. It's it's a balm for my soul. Like, it's just amazing, and I can't say enough about it. So those would be my three happy places. Awesome. Liz, how are I now? Speaker 3
Your joy is infectious, Cassie, and I I wanna go to the rest with you too. Speaker 3
I'm good. I'm gonna resist saying that I had a week, but I really had a week. I just I feel like that's just the case. As adults, maybe. Yeah, we we switched our insurance at the beginning of this year, so I've been busy trying to find a new doctor, currently costs a lot more with this new insurance. I'm going to get a colonoscopy to pee now. I'm gonna get some blood work done. I've never had, like, my cholesterol and my blood sugar levels, like, test did, so I could do that tomorrow. And then, you know, just like the gamut of stuff to make sure I'm healthy. But I I like this new doctor I found because she's actually like on top of it and saying, well, you know what? You're almost fifty. We should probably get this shit taken care of. And I'm like, okay. Like, you just tell me what to do and I'll go there kind of thing. So that's been my week. Being a responsible adult Speaker 4
But it feels good job. And another adult doctor helping to kinda make sure that you're okay. Like, that's Yeah. Speaker 3
Yeah. I I like how this whole list of questions to ask her. And, she answered all the questions before I asked her. Like, I I was, like, that's never happened before. And I don't know if it's because she was more, like, younger, kind of, got it more, I guess. I don't know, but she I just I really liked her. So even being more expensive, I guess, Maybe it'll be better, hopefully. Speaker 2
So what is your Mexico? Speaker 3
You know, I would say in theory, the one place I've always really, really, really wanted to go is Australia. That's but I've never been, but I really wanna go. Even in spite of all the, things that can kill you, I guess, because you always hear about, like, all the the insects and the things and the whatevers, but it just it is always like I felt drawn there, but, places that I've been, it would have to be. My mom's from this little island off of Okinawa called Iashima. And it's beautiful and it's not touristy, like you would think, like, some places like Tokyo or, you know, whatever, it'd be like you know, just big and busy. It's just it's this tropical island that's like a village and everybody knows everybody, like, we go there and they know that we're my mom's kids because we're the we're the white ones there. So, Speaker 3
know, and then it it's just it's beautiful. You can walk everywhere. My dad says he remembers when he was first there in the seventies. They didn't even have a stoplight. And then, like, when they went they had like a four way stoplight. That was their progress. Oh. But Last time I was there was when Ella was five and we we took her there. It was my mom and Ella and I, and it was just it was such an amazing trip. And I have so many good memories and stories. And it was this time of year, so I keep getting, like, Facebook memories of that. Speaker 2
So it's making me, like, Speaker 3
I mean, art book memories, but yeah. Yeah. So it's really on my mind right now. Speaker 2
Awesome. How are you now? Speaker 0
I've been running splitters the entire week. I've been so busy. It's been unreal, between shuffling around various kids and my in laws and laying a new floor and doing all the fiddly shit that goes into it before because it's cork. So there's a Speaker 0
we gotta take care of. Before we can seal it with the urethane and, hopefully, fingers crossed, knock on wood. The urethane goes down tonight. And then in the morning, we do the second coat, and then it's gotta cure for seven days. So Oh, wow. We're fucking done with it. Speaker 4
That's great. Yeah. Speaker 3
Are you not working while you're doing this, or are you Speaker 0
No. Honestly, I've been full time taking care of my in laws since last October. Speaker 0
My mother-in-law has dementia, and my father-in-law is blind and has mobility issues So I'm, you know, running them hither and Yawn to doctor's appointments. I do all the cooking and cleaning and taking care of the house and stuff including replacing the fucking floor. Speaker 4
That's A beautiful thing that you're doing awesome. I know you don't need any more. Yeah. That's But honestly, Amazing. What? Yeah. Speaker 0
Great. Yeah. Actually, I I took my father-in-law to, his wound care specialist earlier this week. And we went over how to make some dressings and how to keep up with his legs so that he doesn't get another infection. So Yeah. That's what I've been doing. Speaker 2
So what is your Mexico? Speaker 0
Alright. So here's the thing. In the show, Mexico for Katie is a dream. Right? Like, it'd be nice, but she Like, it'd be nice to visit, but she doesn't wanna live there. But Mexico for Lily is like the ultimate goal. So I have two answers, but Speaker 0
They're both very different. Well, yes. Better Speaker 0
Letter Kenny is one of them. Letter Kenny Ireland in, you know, actual real life, Ireland. Yes. That's actually, like, twenty minutes down the road from where my grandparents are from. That's a nice big college town, university town. Lots of fun pubs, lots of culture there. So I Speaker 2
like social media presence too. Let let her get Speaker 0
Oh, man. Yeah. No. Like, I've been. I like it. It's a great town. It's fun hangout in. And then my other Mexico would be sudbury. You know? Yeah. Like the goal. Yep. Oh, yeah. The goal. Yep. Same. Speaker 2
Yeah. You're so sweet. Thank you. I'm I'm I'm here. I'm good. I we're here. We're we're here. I the week has been fine. My son started, track and field, and he has described host, practice feelings as a wet noodle Speaker 2
Monday and a soggy bottom today. Speaker 4
Soggy bottom. The best. Speaker 2
I think I'm gonna start, like, keeping record of all of his descriptors. Like, absolutely. So that's that's been funny. My other son is in a play. He's in James and the giant peach, and he is Carl, somebody, k, captain, somebody, And he says, like, the zoo is on fire or something. He's very proud. It's only one line. And I'm super I'm super happy for him because he was, like, It's only one line, but it's in the best scene. It's when the peach rolls, and he's gotta make, like, the dragon tongues. And I have no idea what he talking about, but just the fact that he is shifting the fact that he doesn't have a really big part into this positive thing, just makes me really proud. So I'm really proud of my kids, and that's been a little light on this week, which has been like you all, a bit nuts. Speaker 2
my Mexico is literally anywhere, but here, I'm happy. I'm happy when I'm traveling. I don't necessarily need a place to go. So my Mexico is on the road and just care whacking it out. So So Speaker 3
I guess that's why you were so quick to jump in the car for a pod cam. Plan. Speaker 2
Well, yeah. I mean, also pod camp and also, I gotta just spend the weekend with Al and Tanya, and Matt and Victor. Like, I mean, there are many reasons Speaker 4
to just jump in the car and go to Toronto. Speaker 4
The the cool shirt. I was just gonna say, what are you doing next weekend? Let's hop in the car. Speaker 2
Yeah. Right? I actually, actually, Actually, I am. I'm going up to New Jersey next weekend with the boys to see my aunt who, was recently widowed So we're gonna go up north and probably go into the city, just go and have a good time and kind of, like, shake off the grief a little bit if we can. Even if momentarily. Yeah. And that's what we're gonna try to do tonight is just kinda like shake shake it off with a little bit of a set of Taylor. Miller Swift? Yes. Speaker 2
I managed to stay on trend. So Let's, let's get going. Right? Speaker 0
Yeah. Last year. Let's get this work. Speaker 2
We gathered for the Ag Hall to celebrate the last season of Letter Kenny and Revel in the brilliance of Jared and Jacob and the entire crew at new metric media. As is customary today, the men are supporting the women shout out to Al for setting up the live stream and all the fellas, all the single fellas who were joining us in the live name tonight.
Speaker 1
All single moms. All the single fellas.
Speaker 0
All the single fellas.
Speaker 2
And tonight, we're gonna be celebrating everything wonderful about women. And tonight, we're just kinda have a little bit of, like, play vibes. We're gonna talk about some topics. And I wanna start just kinda easy. Just kinda ease us in. Tanya, you mentioned massages. So The question the question I have for us all is, if you could spend a day in letter, Kenny, And, like, you're in the universe. It's not just, like, in the town, but you're, like, you're one of the crew. You're part of the crew. What are you doing for self care? What does it look like? This is the question for everybody.
Speaker 4
And if you need time, you can pass and come back.
Speaker 5
Yeah. No. I I, I think it would definitely be hanging out with the ladies. Like, the the reference was, already said about, the, sleepover episode. Everyone is just in their jammies and hanging out, and it's not like a boy scene. It's just the girls doing just being with each other, hanging out, chatting, laughing, farting, like, whatever.
Speaker 5
But just having that relaxed, like, don't have to run anywhere, don't have to to do anything. Just just chat. Just just have a great time. Really?
Speaker 2
I love that, Aaron.
Speaker 4
So they would start at the gym. Gotta get in a good workout. And then, you know, hit the showers and, you know, if Shores, he just happens to be there, whatever. Like, it's just it that's up to him, whatever.
Speaker 4
And then, Get some day beers with, with everyone just hanging out. I'm kinda I'm dabbling in, like, maybe going for a little hike. Those ones that they were looking for the dogs in like pretty cool. Pick up some some like cheese or
Speaker 1
sausages or something from the
Speaker 4
know, I'm gonna I I think I'm gonna, yeah, end with a sleepover, see any of that.
Speaker 5
I think I'll join you. I'll join you leading up to the sleepover, but maybe not so much the gym part. I'll be at this the the massage part when you're at the gym part. You'll hurt your your body at all just like heal it.
Speaker 4
And you can drive me home because I won't be able to acquire.
Speaker 5
I'll I'll help pour the drinks because your arms will be sore. There you go.
Speaker 2
Who could we get you in, like, one of those happy Gilmore scenes? I know this is, like, really not kosher, but, you know, when, happy Gilmore imagines the chick with the pitchers of beer and his dream sequence,
Speaker 2
Are you gonna see? There we go.
Speaker 5
It's gonna be with that outfit on for sure. A hundred percent.
Speaker 5
hundred percent. I was the one from
Speaker 0
I was imagine yeah. I was imagining the Durdle.
Speaker 1
Yeah. That's what I
Speaker 4
was saying. Yay. I knew
Speaker 5
you'd have the name as well. Mhmm.
Speaker 1
What is self care in letter, Kenny? Oh my goodness. I think I'd start the day with some yard sailing. Mhmm. Checking out people's spreads. That's something that always brings you so much joy.
Speaker 4
We call that something different here in America.
Speaker 1
Maybe I mean, Glenn's gotta run a volunteer art class somewhere. Right? Like
Speaker 4
Yeah. So go to an art class
Speaker 1
or, like, maybe Modines has one of those things where, you know, you go. You bring a coloring book.
Speaker 0
You color Yeah. The SIP and paint something?
Speaker 1
Yeah. Exactly. And then, well, after that, maybe go for a round of shimmy at the ring. Maybe, you know, the people who are there can help me out with, my shot a little bit. Could use some guidance. And then can I get invited to the sleepover too? Mean, oh, absolutely.
Speaker 3
Oh, okay. Good. Okay.
Speaker 1
Yeah. We'll see you there. I would love to come the sleepover and tell you all of the fine adventures of the day. Mhmm.
Speaker 2
Sounds nice. That's I'd love how these are turning out. These are great. Liz.
Speaker 3
I would I would have to say I would probably also be in for, like, a massage, Manny petty, and then some, like, shopping, Because well, we don't, like, see shops really in Letter Kenny, but I know that there
Speaker 2
has to be some in the
Speaker 3
back ground somewhere. Right? Speaker 5
There's at least Speaker 0
a hardware store in Batesup. Right. Speaker 5
Oh, in a supplement store. Speaker 4
Oh, yes. Oh, in the bridge. Speaker 0
Yeah. Go halfway across the bridge. And Don't Speaker 4
run on it though. Sorry. Speaker 3
In in my version, in my head, of Letter Kenny, there would be some shopping. Yeah. And, maybe a coffee shop. Or, I mean, I could go to Modines and get a coffee. I'm sure that that Gail can whip me up something, non alcoholic, maybe a peppermint mocha. Yeah. And then, of course, you know, then meet up at the sleepover, of course. Speaker 2
Fucking a. Yep. Yep. Yep. Yep. Awesome. What do you got? Speaker 4
So my self care would Speaker 0
be leaving my phone the fuck at home. Speaker 3
Nice. Good call. Throwing Wayne Speaker 0
and some fishing rods in the truck. Just going fishing and getting some day beers. And then after that Speaker 0
Or nap? No. No. No. Local pond or watering hole or whatever. I'm not trying to go I am not trying to do too much because, like, I've been so busy. I need to just have a Speaker 0
Uh-huh. Yeah. No. And then while we're in the woods, maybe bang it out. That'd be great. Okay. Orgasms are definitely a form of self care. Oh, yeah. And then after that, I'll slap him on the ass, send him on his way and join the user for the sleepover. Speaker 4
I hope you walla walla, Washington before you come over. Speaker 2
Well, maybe not. Speaker 4
Well, leave some wet towels at the door or whatever. Speaker 3
Yeah. What's a walla walla Washington? What's that mean? Like, wash, like, literally, wash that. You Speaker 4
gotta wash. You gotta wash. Okay. Speaker 2
Because It's a quote from Speaker 3
Got a George Washington Garver. Speaker 0
Okay. Yeah. Fun fact. Speaker 3
Do you wanna know a fun fact? Wallawala has a prison. So you said Wallawala, Washington, and my brain went to prison. Or onions. Speaker 3
Because that's what we have Speaker 2
That's all really good reasons to wash. Speaker 0
Very, very good reasons to watch. Speaker 3
But, yeah. I it doesn't even occur to me that Washington might mean wash something. It's just where I live. Right. Right. Sorry. Okay. Speaker 4
Casey, where you So yeah. Speaker 2
My, my perfect day in Letter Kenny. So self care for me, like I said, so my Mexico is traveling. And self care looks very different for me because it looks kinda crazy from the outside. So, like, my whole weekend trip to Toronto is, in my opinion, was considered self care. So Letter Kenny would be, like, something similar. I would wanna do some work. So definitely, like, wake up really early and go, like, bail barley with Wayne. Then I would, like, go get cleaned up and then spend a day on a different farm, I would spend a day on the Dick, like, the, you know, another part of the day on the Dick Farm hammering box. And then I would definitely spend the rest of the day at modine's just getting hammered, just leaning into it and just hanging out and watching Gail. Like, I would I could see myself literally just in the corner of the bar, coach style, not talking to anybody else and just watching Gail looking really creepy. Like, I would just wanna be around her for for many, many hours. And then if she, like, made eye contact, we would talk and then I would end up probably staying there all night. I would hit snooters afterwards just because that's where everybody else would be. And then I would probably show up late to the sleepover because I was too busy, be in a degener, and wake you guys up, and then probably play some scrabble. Yeah. That sounds. Speaker 1
That sounds perfect. Speaker 3
We're all snoring your parties. Speaker 2
Yep. Yeah. And I would come in real loud and just be like, what? Speaker 2
you would groan, what? Speaker 4
I was gonna say, like, no one's sleeping. Speaker 5
No one's sleeping. Right. Speaker 0
No one sleeps at a sleepover, man. Like, what is this amateur hour? Speaker 2
Right. That's yeah. That's totally fair. Speaker 4
I love that I love that all of our days now ended up with all Speaker 2
of just sleeping in a pile together. Like, that's that's chef's kiss. Speaker 3
And that's how I totally imagine it. Like, a giant puppy cuttle puddle. Like Speaker 2
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Speaker 2
I have a feet thing So if I could be away from most feet, that would be great. Like, I'm you guys don't know this about me, but, like, I'm sort of in the same column as Trace, with feet. Like, I tolerate it, but I I feel for him every time somebody posts a picture of feet or if somebody gives him crap about feet because I won't even let people touch my feet unless they're clean. Hey. Speaker 4
What? Who's who's your letter? Kenny crush? Speaker 4
god. But you on the spot? Speaker 2
I wanna say. I don't wanna say. I don't wanna tell you guys. Speaker 1
won't tell. We promise Speaker 5
This is a safe space. Speaker 4
Now it's never been Speaker 5
Never it's never. Speaker 0
That's not here. That's just us. Speaker 2
You guys. Okay. So, it's Shoresy. Speaker 1
Does he know? I could text this. Yeah. Speaker 2
Okay. Yeah. You can text it. Oh, that I'm leaving that out of my perfect day. So I might split my time staring at Gail to go to the rink and just milf hard at Shorzy to see if I can get something going there. Yeah. I would milk at him. Yeah. I would milk. Speaker 0
I love it. Milf is a verb now. Speaker 1
Hey. I'm going from Odine's to the the ring. He can catch a ride with me. Oh, Speaker 3
cool. In the Jeep Jeep? Speaker 2
In the Jeep team? The Jeep team? Speaker 2
This season has been a lot. This season was a lot. Speaker 4
a lot, and this season was a lot. Speaker 2
And I think the thing that I had a difficult time with was and I've said this was how quickly dairy turned like, how how quickly it went off the rails, and it started, like, may making me think about the concept of, like, friendship. And and what does that mean and when your friends, like, lean into you? Like, it happened to me this week when they weren't friends, but they're like my work friends. And you think Well, you think you know and you think you're okay with your friends and you poke at them, but then sometimes a line gets crossed. So And that line is different for everybody. So I'm just really curious, like, I'm just gonna throw this out there and we can we can talk about it for as long as you guys want. But, like, this concept of friendship, like, what what does it mean to you? And like, maybe where are your lines? Like, or how do you experience lines with friends or boundaries or you know, has there ever been a time where you were super really tight with somebody and they did or said something that made you question like everything? So Have you been dairy? Any version of those questions, and we don't have to go in order. I mean, I can start. I know, like and I don't I don't know if she listens because we're not really close anymore, but I I have a I have a friend. I'll still I'll call her my friend because I have a feeling she's one of those that I could go a bunch of years and not talk to and we could pick up and everything would be okay. But I don't know why we stopped talking. I don't know what happened. I don't know, like, and we were really tight. Like, this girl and I traveled together. So when I met her, I was twenty one. And I was living in Arizona, and I came home to visit my boy Greg, and he was dating a girl and his cousin Dave. So Greg and Dave and I were buds from, like, like, middle school on. Greg was like my brother. And Greg and Dave, when we were in our twenties, to go out and eat wings together and drink beers on Thursday nights. Like, these are my boys. So when I came home, like, we had love I was like, they're Katie. And when we came when I came home from Arizona, like, they both had serious girlfriends, and Greg's girlfriend was not happy with me. But Dave's girlfriend loved me. And that was my friend, Joss. And when we first met, we were sitting on the porch and we were bitching about how, like, Oh, people say we do what we say we're gonna do. Right? We always we we we connected on the fact that we had these people in our lives who would say like, oh, we're gonna do this. Oh, we're gonna do that, and they never do. And then one night, we were at a restaurant together, the five of us, and Speaker 2
were out smoking a cigarette, and I was telling her how I was about to go back to Arizona to see The premier of Lord of the Rings or maybe it was the last Harry Potter. I can't remember which, but it was still at the time where you're like, standing in line and, like, camping out for movies and stuff. Maybe it was Harry Potter. I can't remember. I don't know. But I was like, I'm gonna go do this. And she was like, I'm gonna do that with you. And she did. And it was maybe like three months after we had met. So we didn't know each other very long. So, like, she was like, yeah, I'm gonna go. So we got plane tickets, and we rented a Mustang convertible when we got to Arizona. Speaker 0
Oh, got a sexy weekend. Speaker 2
Oh, yeah. We did. And we stayed with my friend Brenda, and we got drunk in scottsdale and we bought cowboy hats, and we were drinking like Agave tequila margaritas, and we were just dubid, like, just had a great freaking time. And that was sort of, like, the beginning of our friendship. Speaker 0
So your twenties are fir. Speaker 2
Right. But that's also what I did with you people. Speaker 4
I was just gonna say this sounds very familiar. Speaker 2
I was gonna alright. Like, we are who we are we are who we are. And so but so something happened where, you know, it's life. I don't know, but she and I don't talk anymore. And lately, I've been, like, feeling like I wanna reach out, but I don't know if she's mad at me. And this is not me. Like, I am not the girl who sits around and goes. Oh, I wonder if they're mad at me. And do they, like, it's not me. I'm usually, like, it's it's you if they if they are upset with me, they'll tell me. Like, that's what I count on in all of my friendships. Yeah. So for me, friendship is like We do what we say we're gonna do, and there's a lot of grace. Like, I'm a person who needs a lot of grace, so I give a lot of grace. Yeah. So that's my little that's my little friendship story. And I wonder if you guys, like, have any advice because I really wanna reach out to her, but I do have this, like, feeling like that either I did something that upset her or, like, I don't know what. Speaker 4
So I feel like this is, like, the perfect like, outcome of all of this. Hey, I was on a podcast and we were talking about friendship. And, like, I thought of our amazing origin story. Like, honestly, like, just be just be real and say, listen. Yeah. I was thinking of you and just wanted to reach out and say, hey, and How's it going or what's up? Or or even just like, you know, miss talking to you would love to connect and and see where it goes, you know? Speaker 1
Yeah. Absolutely. Yeah. Speaker 0
I've Yeah. You missed a hundred percent of the shots you don't take. Right? Speaker 0
you have nothing to lose by asking. Speaker 2
Yeah. And if you don't get a response, you Speaker 2
Right. That's an answer. Speaker 4
And you have no answer. Right? No answer is an answer. Speaker 2
No doing nothing is doing something. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Speaker 0
It won't work. Tonight. Yeah. I I had a friend that we were very close, and we did a lot of stuff together. Our spouses were friends. We did workshops and fun things, and we we were both in library classes at the same time. And then after we had both moved on, from classes, I mean, we we still kept up our friendship and everything, and Speaker 0
went to each other's houses and we hung out a lot and, you know, we had a professional relationship and we had, our personal relationship And then one day, I just stopped getting an answer. Speaker 0
So I, you know, I figured, oh, she's just busy. So I let it go for a couple weeks, breach out again. Still no answer. And then a month and then a couple months. And then finally, like, a year later, I was like, look, if I did something or said something. Mhmm. Could you let me know? Mhmm. Otherwise, I just I have no idea why this has ended. Speaker 0
And, like, if some shit is going on with you, I get that. But, like, fucking tell me because that's what friends are fur. And that was, like, five, six years ago. And then on the flip side, I have been the one to cut something off because Right. You know, we were friends for, like, three, four years, and then just all of a sudden this, like, fundamental incompatibility reared its head. And I was like, oh, no. That is what they mean by irreconcilable differences. Okay. K, our race. Speaker 2
Honestly question. Can I ask can I interrupt you and ask an honest question? Yeah. So what you said just made me think of dairy. And and so my sub question to you awesome and everyone else who wants to jump in is Is it really better? Or is there irreparable damage? And is dairy just towing that line as well. Because the DJen said something about him. He's a he's a gopher. He'll go for this. He'll go for that. I just didn't think he'd go for you or whatever. Is that did that happen with Dairy? Like, do we think he's actually back back in? Or Speaker 1
Oh, that's a good question. Speaker 4
Back in with the kicks or backing? Speaker 2
Yeah. Yeah. Like, Or is there, like, does he stay, I guess, is what I'm asking? Like, are you convinced that he stays? In the group. Speaker 0
I mean, I am for what it's working. Like, so these people have been friends since they were knee high to a grasshopper. Right? Speaker 0
Longevity there. And frankly, Katie and Wayne spend a lot of time looking out for him. So does Dan? They all they all spend a lot of time looking out for him whether or not he appreciates it because He lives with his head in the fucking clouds. He doesn't think through practicalities. He doesn't think through the logistics of things. He just, you know, gets a wild hair up his ass and get goes off on an idea. And so sometimes they do have to bring him back down to earth for his own good. And they are protecting him in that way. So, you know, I think I I hope he sees it now, at least. Mhmm. But, yeah, no. I think the Dijians really showed who they were to him, and he just I can't be part of it, and I'm not comfortable with it. So he goes back with Wayne and Katie when they come get him. Speaker 4
Yeah. But they're also filling Whatever. They're feeling a hole for him. Speaker 4
Yeah. Frazing. Yeah. Whatever. I mean, but it's he is a person too, whether or not he is, you know, lady or whatever, but, you know, That's why I enjoyed make that first episode where I was like, oh, you are respecting dairy as a human being as a person. You're laughing at his jokes. I I can see Derek. And people people need that. People crave that, connection and Whether validation? Validation. Right. And I am not condoning the acts of the degenerans, but I do feel maybe there's a medium in there. Is there somebody that's for Dairy that, you know, respects him and gets a sense of humor, but also can kind of keep him in line. You know, is there is are the Hicks enough? Is there a conversation in there that maybe needs to be had? Every every person deserves that. Right? They deserve respect and kindness. But also good friendship is not just being shit on all the time. Speaker 0
Yeah. Well, okay. Think about who the first people to start clapping for dairy were, and when he killed it at stand up. Speaker 4
Right. Right. Yeah. Speaker 0
Wayne and Katie are the first people to support him. So Speaker 4
on his team, but maybe they need to share that a little bit more verbally to him because he needs that. Sorry. I can Speaker 1
I think that's fair. And, I mean, both with this question and just the concept of friendship in and of itself is such a weird amorphous blob of a thing. If I'm being completely honest, I feel most times in a lot of social situations, I probably relate most to dairy in this situation. I find I make friends. I I don't know if I come on too strong, but I I'm sure sometimes I do. But I make friends and I have the best of intentions and I wanna be there to support the people I get along with and to lift them up. And I find, especially in larger group situations once a, quote unquote, stronger friendship has, come up. I honestly feel like I kinda default to the pain donkey in a lot of ways. I'm kinda the one that They say that in, like, a friendship dynamic, you have, like, your leader, your enforcer, your Joker, and your nerd. And I'm somewhere at the very back of the pack. I'm I don't know. I don't want this to sound like, oh, what was Cassie, but just that I I relate to him and seeing Gary go through this, this situation is honestly what I've experienced a lot in my life. And I know a a good friendship for me is when, you know, regardless of that dynamic, I still feel that I can trust the person or if I don't talk to them for a little while, there isn't that friendship degradation that we can pick up where we left off. So to kinda answer your question, if I'm relating to how Dairy felt in this season, what I would say is he probably does go back to the Hix, but I also think there might be a lingering feeling of, almost like a mis trust. Like, there'll always be that little voice in the back of Speaker 0
his head. Little hesitant. Speaker 1
And I know in situations where I have felt like I'm not being respect Like, I have spoken up and I have taken something too personally. And in the future, when that sore thing comes up, I don't have that immediate. Like, oh, yeah, it's fine. I'm, you know, overthinking this or whatever. I am very much the over thinker. Surprise surprise. Speaker 1
But there's always that little bit in the back of my head that just kinda, you know, it manners on about, different situations and stuff like that. So I wonder if that's not the same for dairy if we're to extrapolate the season further. Speaker 3
Well, and what I was gonna say is, kinda relating this to high school because I feel like letter Kenny's kind of like an extension of high school. Speaker 0
Mhmm. Yeah. It's like a microplasm. Speaker 4
So I'm gonna say a few weeks. Speaker 3
Erin. When I was in high school, we were the group that was friends with everybody. Right? Like, we were and we didn't have anybody, like, the Deajans quite that bad. But we did, you know, we were friends with, like, the Jocks and the preppy people, and then the stoners, and then the smart people, like, You know, I remember that there was like all the different groups and there was, you know, a few of us that would kinda just float around. And, you know, this one in our specific group was a cheerleader, so then we'd go hang out with cheerleaders sometimes. And then, but, you know, then we'd kinda have our stoner nights and Mhmm. Be with the the stoners or whatever. And then I don't know. I feel like we were kind of all over the place and I really I was always really proud of that, and I really appreciate that. But, again, we didn't have anybody shooting at us. Speaker 3
fun on a Saturday night. Speaker 0
Sorry. Yeah. Okay. Speaker 3
I do like the idea of being friends with everybody. And and that was always kinda one of the things about Letter Kenny that appealed to me is that when it came down to it, you know, your friends are your friends. And and it was the Jocks and the Hicks and Well, they don't calm jocks, the hockey players, and and the skids, and the Hicks, and everybody, they were, like, coming together to kick ass, like, just like when with the thing with derks or whatever. And then they went yeah. And they went and kicked his ass, and then they're all at, like, breakfast the next day. And that was just, like, so amazing to me or whatever. I felt like it was breakfast. I don't actually know what's at breakfast. Speaker 1
Might of a diner? Speaker 3
why my name was, like, the next day they were eating breakfast, but whatever No. Speaker 0
It's a little bit wee while later because they were still in Michigan. Speaker 3
Right. And I think I just now questioned that in my head. Like, this whole time, it was just always just breakfast the next day, like, on their way back. Like, I don't know where they stayed. They apparently just like, kick Dirk's ass and maybe stayed in his house. And Speaker 4
That's the only bad balance. Right. Speaker 0
Like, I have to be sleeping in your toilet. Speaker 3
Right. And just like with the deacons after they they rescue dairy, weren't they, like, still on their property with their Oh, yeah. Speaker 0
They had like a fire going and everything. Speaker 3
Yeah. And they're misnamed. What it what the mansion? Instead. Speaker 0
Everything is bespoke so badly. Speaker 4
my students every time. Yeah. Oh my gosh. Speaker 0
The spelling skills of six year old. Speaker 4
Oh my goodness. It's Speaker 3
cute when it's Aaron's student. Speaker 4
It's not cute. Right? Speaker 3
Yes. When it's the detents, but that was as a word person, that correct me. Probably more than anything. But Oh, yeah. Anyways. Tanya? I guess, Yeah. Speaker 2
Sorry, Liz. I thought you were done. Speaker 3
was gonna say I was just gonna sum it up. That that's what that's what it would be to me is to be able to be friends with everybody and to have that openness and experiences everybody. Speaker 4
Yeah. For sure. So friendship. Speaker 5
I think friendship, it's it's it's complicated because life is complicated. Like, you're never in your state. You're never in the same spot that you were whenever you met somebody. Speaker 4
You're always changing and relationships Speaker 5
need to change. So just like dairy, you know, ventured out and experienced a new thing, it, of course, is gonna change him. And and I agree with what Aaron was saying. You know, that can't not not affect him. And he may explore to see what other friendships are out there. But that's not to say that he won't still, go back to Wayne and Katie and and squarely down because that is his family. Right? That's that's Mhmm. That's always the the roots of of who he is. And I'm definitely like that where, like, I have friends that go back to when I was five. In kindergarten. But I I and and I have I have a lot of really, close friends that knew me when I was a child. But I also don't because, I so childhood. Excuse me. So I had failed a grade back in back when they used to fail kids. And so that class continued on. And I ended up going to different school, different class. So friendships immediately broke as soon as that happened. So I find that that altered my friendship lifestyle, I guess you could say, that I I didn't end up having a a larger group of friends. It just became people that you would hang out with or play with. So I ended up navigating, I think more to guys and sports and throwing the bay like playing baseball and and football and poker and hanging out with the guys because that felt Right. Like, I wasn't the girly girl click where we're gonna go shopping. I ended up. Can I Speaker 4
I don't mean to interrupt you, but did you feel like it was easier because I felt like the boys were just easier? Speaker 5
Boys were so much easier, like so much easier. Speaker 3
And always had more Speaker 4
pain that fellas. Yeah. Speaker 2
We think you're all easy. Speaker 0
Yeah. It's weirdly way less competitive. Than a lot of the other girls. You know what Speaker 4
I mean to interrupt you? Speaker 5
Yeah. Nope. You know, and it's a it's a valid point because there was no There was no chattiness. There was no, like, there it it it was what it was. That was the surface. That's what you got. And and it was so much easier. It's the exact words. Unless they liked you, and then it became complicated. Speaker 3
I don't know if it was my friend group like this. Speaker 2
Yeah. Or you like them. Speaker 5
Time. Because I hung out with a lot of guys, and we we did crazy. Like, we were always, like, you know, laser tag and, you know, going for drives and stuff, not that kind of direct, no parking involved. But they they would look at me and then they'd get glossy eyed. And then the next thing you know, there was like a kiss involved. And I'm like, wait a second. What just happened? And it would it wouldn't none of it worked out. Like, all of it was just friendships. But of course, when you're trying to understand your and trying to understand what your wants needs and and likes are. And then you get these guys that just like they're not thinking straight. I don't think from from what I've been told now later in life, men were not, or boys were not thinking straight. Did not have that piece of information when I was growing up. So, yeah, it was it it definitely was easy, but very complicated all the same in the same, tone. But, yeah, it, I don't know. Friendship is is tricky. I I find just even in adult life. You know, I've I have a lot of really good friends. Like, ones that I could go back to that maybe that I haven't spoke with in a long time that I could go back to and things just pick up right where I left. And I think what makes that those friendships so great and so easy to fall back into is that no one points fingers. No one's like, you haven't called me. Why haven't you called me? Like, what did I Like, there it it just falls back in and there's no no one's upset, and it's just Speaker 5
It's so wonderful to connect with those people. And those are my true friends that Everybody has busy crazy lives and it only gets more busy and crazy as you get older. And as you have projects on the on the weekend that need to get done and groceries and and it's just lists. Right? It just becomes lists Speaker 0
of and, like, excel sheets holidays. Speaker 4
a it's a healthy balance. It really is. It's that trust that I mean, there's also a trust that comes into it too because you I mean, I I Tina, you're speaking of, you know, just my best friends from college and I could I we will go months, months, and not connect and then reconnect. And it it's it's nothing. It's I trust them with my life. I can tell them all of the the things that no one should say out loud, and they will be there for me and hear me and listen to me. And Those are the people that you hang on to. Those are the people that you love and that art. Right? Awesome. Like you said, Stanley. They're the family that Speaker 0
you Yeah. I I kind of have an observation I wanna make. I don't have any friends from my childhood. And like Tanya, most of the kids that I was friendly with were boys because let me tell you something for free. No one can more accurately diagnose female autism than a group of mean girls in school. Alright. If you are the weird girl, That's it. You're fucking you're branded for life. Put that iron on your ass and kiss a goodbye. You're done. It's social death. And there's also there's because when you're a king, you have no fucking control over your schedule. You go where you're told to go. You associate with the people you're told to associate with. You have no autonomy over, like, your time or your location. Speaker 2
Unless the kids cut class. Speaker 0
Right. So you, like, you forge connections where you are at, like, where you can. And maybe once you have choice and autonomy, those connections don't really hold up because you have the opportunity to forge to choose the connections that you forge. Yeah. Right. So, like, the people that I have come to call friends as an adult I have been way better friends with for longer than I ever kept a friend as a kid. Speaker 4
Yeah. Absolutely. So to kind of bring it back to Dairy dream scenario for him, is it he stays with the Hicks, but then also finds people within Letter Kenny that kind of fulfill other needs for him as well. What what does that mean? Speaker 5
I think so. Like, I I think back to all of our friend. I remember when we first bought bought our home, And, we had all of our friends here. Like, we had everyone from everywhere. And It was madness because, a lot of our friends do not get along with each other. And it's hilarious to me sitting back and looking at our friends going, How are we friends with all of these people with different personalities? And yet, no one likes each other. It it's comical to me. So, yeah. I I I don't think that dairy, I don't think that dairy needs to, like, yeah, those are his roots. A hundred percent. But I don't think there's anything wrong, and I think it's healthy to to explore other friends and and, you know, as as, Casey was saying, like, visit the world. Like, there's so so many great people in so many places and so many, like, to to just be in the same group and maybe not getting everything that you need from it. I think it's it's it's it would be sad. Right? Speaker 3
Yeah. But it's like your content, like, Wayne is saying, you know, the grass is greener on his side of the fence right there. Right? Like, he doesn't need to go to Vancouver. You know, sure Speaker 0
if he's Mexico or anything. Speaker 3
know, he loves Rosie, but he he loves where he's at, where he's from. And I think that that means something too, to know that about yourself, to know that. Speaker 0
Yeah. Like, that that was the product of reflection. Right? That wasn't a knee jerk, instinctive reaction. He thought about it and came to a conclusion. Speaker 4
Which is the benefit of adulthood, isn't it though? I mean, it would be able to I mean, we're able to reflect Speaker 4
On our experiences. And to be able to do that, you can figure out what what your needs are. Absolutely. Speaker 2
And you do have to stumble and you do have to get hurt and you do have to fuck up. Like, you have to do all of the you have to get gunshot at your ass while you're running the botanics. Right? Speaker 0
Yep. I mean, not literally, though. Maybe just Right. Speaker 5
It's just metaphorically. Speaker 1
Yeah. I'd prefer not to get shot at, if at all possible. Speaker 3
Or Or on our Letter Kenny day together, we could go, paint balling because I'm sure that might be somewhere. Mhmm. And then we can meet is very Speaker 3
I've never done it, but I have a feeling that that we would have a lot of fun. Oh, yeah. I'm just saying Speaker 4
Why can I suggest laser tag? Speaker 5
Oh, laser tag. Oh, laser tag doesn't give Speaker 4
No. That's what I'm saying. I I I wish it pretty. Speaker 5
That's okay. I prefer known neck bruises. Yes. I I I agree. Speaker 3
I've never done it. But, okay. I mean, we can make our own guns. That's what I'm saying. Speaker 3
We can shoot at each other. Speaker 5
You know what? I you Speaker 1
have to get all the gear. Okay. Can I Speaker 5
There's there's a place in Toronto, and, if some archery, dodgeball? And, so so you feel like so medieval, like, with the archery, like, with the bow and arrows. And the arrows, of course, have like this big marshmallow on the end of it. So we're Speaker 5
stabbing each other. There's no shish Speaker 0
I've got blunts with, like, Speaker 0
no. I've got blunts. Speaker 3
You've got blunts. Speaker 4
And I have shoutout to Subbury, they have the most amazing, laser tag. We went and played And they have it's it's not only, like, you have to worry about the other team, but they have, like, a self destruct button thing, like, on the wall. If you walk by, it shoot you. Speaker 4
They're shooting it too. Speaker 4
It's so amazing. I think it's called Kiwi Park, whatever it is, but, like, check it out. Amazing so much. Love it. I love laser tape. Speaker 3
I do wanna say that we we have Worley Ball here also, and it was funny because when Joey was here visiting and he because it's actually Well, I won't say the city that I live in, but it's actually like literally, like, in the city that I live in, like, outside of Seattle. And so I was telling Joey where I was and where we were gonna meet up. And he's like, oh my god. You have really ball. And I was like, oh, yeah. We could do that too. If you weren't really ball Speaker 2
wait. So I'll put worley ball in the chat, but I thought that he was naming what you were talking about, Tanya. Speaker 5
Oh, no. Mine was dodgeball archery. So it was bow and arrow. Bow and arrows, two teams, divided room. You have, things that you can, like, blinds that you can hide behind, and then you're running and grabbing arrows and then like taking position and you're you're you have to have a buddy that spots you and then they have these like they have these act that were foam that, again, you can throw the axis and try to hit somebody. And so you're trying to hit people and if you hit the person, then they're out, And then you have to keep on going until you get their whole team out. And and if they get somebody, then you can bring them back in and blah blah blah. It's a whole rule thing. Speaker 4
Didn't you think that sounds so funny? I mean, if I'm in anyone two weeks? I'm good. Speaker 5
I was I was terrified because I'm anxious person. And I was worried that the kids were gonna get hurt and, and then I got into it. And again, my, hero is Zena So, I channeled her, I think, a little too far. I and I felt like I felt like it was her. I have like a power pose pitcher of me on, like, one knee, like, with my archery and my bow. And it's like a kick ass pitcher. Hour picture. It is. And I got a headshot. And, like, bad for the person, I, like, she had a mask on well, like, you you all you have your safety set on, but I got a headshot and my first thing was, yes. But it, like, that wasn't that wasn't me going into it. Me going into it was, like, shit. Speaker 4
What are we doing? What are we doing? Why are we doing this? Speaker 5
Is somebody's gonna get hurt? And then here I am taking head shots and feeling, Speaker 0
you dropped that. Great at it, please. Speaker 5
Oh, man. It was a it was a workout. It was it was so much fun. So much fun. Speaker 4
How did you mean the kid cry? Speaker 5
I I I know that one was an adult that I think I hit. Anyway, it was it was it was a lot Speaker 5
It was yeah. I think I probably did. That sounds like me. I I can see me Speaker 2
Was this at Archery Toronto? Speaker 5
Oh, god. I don't know what the name Speaker 5
I don't remember what the name of it is. I'll I'll figure it out. But I know they also had one of those, rage rooms and you can go in and you can, like, I don't know. You basically look like, you're going in for the ghostbusters. You're, like, in this outfit and then, you're just smashing things and you can pick your thing. You can pick your music and the the there was a guy in there, big burly guy with the funniest like, la la music you've ever heard. It was like Your Speaker 4
name delights. Poppy. Speaker 5
It was like this poppy music and he was raging. And I it was just comical. It was just it it looked kinda funny. Speaker 1
Just smashing shit to, like, Abby Marie or something. Speaker 5
it was the oddest thing. It's the artist they did you find it? Speaker 4
Alright. Talking about smashing shit. Let's play a new game. Yeah. Game is called this or that. So, I'm gonna run through, two things. You are going to have to figure out which one you want this or that. We're gonna start off with Wayne or Shorsey, Tanya. I'm putting you on the spot. Speaker 5
Wayne or Shoresy. What? What? Just just I don't know. Speaker 2
Just pick one. Just pick one. Yeah. Speaker 0
Awesome. Wayne. Case in Shoresy? Speaker 4
I I I don't have a choice. Shoresy. Okay. Produce sand or modines. Tanya. You Aaron, you go first. Wait. I go first. Oh, yeah. Speaker 2
You go first every time. Speaker 4
then we reverse. When I go first? Yeah. Okay. Coto standard modemsio. Do I go back through? Okay. Speaker 2
Daniel, Tania. Yeah. Speaker 4
Or what was it? Tania. Speaker 4
Cassie. Moody. This. Speaker 0
Understand. Awesome. Modines. Speaker 4
Okay. Katie or Bonnie? Oh, jeez. Oh, you guys. Why am I going first? Katie, because you're running it. Tanya. Oh, Speaker 5
Katie, but she scares me a little. Speaker 4
You don't need a beer, right? Kathy. Liz. Katie. Awesome. Speaker 4
Okay. Riley or Jonesy? Oh, dude. Aren't Speaker 4
I Yeah. Should they just want It's Speaker 0
way of changeable. I Speaker 4
can I just say Riley squared and mean both of them? Tanya. Speaker 5
Two dum dums for the price of one? Speaker 3
I thought for sure you'd say Riley because that's your dog. Speaker 1
Riley wasn't named after Riley. So Speaker 3
Okay. Okay. Well, I just wanna Speaker 5
call out Riley. Riley. She wants to call out somebody else's name. Speaker 3
It's a totally good point. The docs could be all, like, It's Speaker 0
like either of those Speaker 4
It's mine, sorry. I think. Awesome. Jonesy. Casey. Jonesie. Yeah. I just A treasure trail. Speaker 7
You see treasure trail. Speaker 4
Yum. Can I just say I really would love to just explore all of these and why, but I know I don't have time? Okay. Miss Mac or mister Mac. Missus Mac, Hondo p, Tanya. Speaker 4
Cassine, missus Mac. Liz. Missus Mc. Awesome. Speaker 0
Missus McBurry. Chasey. Speaker 4

This is literally the hardest question in the world for me. Son of a beat. I gosh, I don't even know. I I am such a hard line. I'm gonna see the the boy's barn. Yeah. Speaker 5
I've been in a basement, like, like the skids, and I'm gonna say it was not a fun place to go. So would definitely go to the barn. Speaker 3
I'm gonna say that well, I was gonna say the basement because the barn seems like it'd be cold, but I feel like the basement might be cold too. Speaker 5
The basement's definitely gonna have a smell. I'm just gonna tell you that right now. Speaker 0
Candice was like, what's that smell? Feet? I'm Although I still can't Speaker 5
smell, so maybe. Speaker 3
Right. Hey. I'm gonna go to the barn. Speaker 4
be things. There's Speaker 5
gonna be things crawling in that couch. You're not gonna wash it down. Speaker 4
You're not gonna wash it. Oh my. Okay. Maybe this question wasn't that hard. Speaker 4
Six six six six six. Speaker 0
Yeah. No. I'm definitely going in the barn. Speaker 2
And just oh, the come on the wall. Speaker 2
of the horrible, horrible smells. Speaker 0
You know, everything is coated in a finally or sniff to We bought the barn. Speaker 4
Way to end with a unicorn, and I don't know why I thought that was hard. Speaker 1
We just we just have to be just straight with love with Stewart. That's why. Speaker 2
Thank you, Tanya. Speaker 4
Thank you for saving us for Speaker 5
Oh, if I saw you guys, like, making the line to go, I'd be like, no ladies. No. No. No. Speaker 1
Yeah. I love how we can Speaker 0
hear, like, the capital letter on a smell. Right? There is no mistaking that. Speaker 4
You may have all been in that basement Speaker 0
at one point or another. Speaker 2
I had that basement. Speaker 4
Thank you all. Lovely. That was lovely. Speaker 4
That was a great time. Thank you all so much. We're getting around that time. So let's do, final thoughts, Speaker 5
Thank you so much, to to each one of you. This was a lovely night. It's so much fun. Great way to spend international woman's day. On Saturday, I am going to international woman's day dinner, and the men wait on the women. And the women sit back and we enjoy ourselves. There's a singing and fashion show and just all tons of just great, great fun stuff and and hanging out with friends. So I'm really looking forward to it. Great way to celebrate, women. And, we need to lift each other up always. So, thank you so much for this. Speaker 4
Happy international women's day in a couple hours. And really appreciate all of you and our friendships. And I'm very appreciative of all of this. Thank you. Speaker 1
Cassie. Oh my goodness. Just happy international women's day to everybody who's listening. Thank you so much for having me. When I when I became a member of the produce fan fandom and, like, last year with, ladies night, I never would have imagined that I'd have these strong, amazing friendships that I have now, each one of you have taught me multiple things, multiple values. So I guess at the end of the day, what I wanna say is thank you guys for opening up, you know, your worlds to me. And, yes, thank you guys for being who you are. I I love you guys. Happy Women's Day. Speaker 3
Don't make me follow that. I was just thinking, don't pick me. Don't pick me. Speaker 3
was lovely, Cassie. And you know, ditto. There's there's nowhere else I'd like to be to celebrate, women than with you, strong women, And, you know, we, we all have great role models and great people, but you guys are definitely the funnest. And also the best. So and, I know Miriam couldn't be here and she wanted to be, so I just wanna give her a shout out too. So happy international love you, Mariam. Speaker 1
Love you, Mariam. Speaker 3
And, to all our other women's. So, yeah. Awesome. Speaker 0
This is the third one of these I have been in, and I enjoy them more every time. And I think we should do them bi annually or semi annually or something more often than once a year, we should have ladies. Speaker 4
I like that. Again? Yep. And Speaker 0
Awesome. You know, again, we're just I love you all. You are all my friends. Speaker 0
I'm just glad that we can share this time together. Speaker 2
The same same. I, this is always this began as, like, a support thing for me. And, like, you know, the theme tonight was friendship, and we're talking about, like, our mutual love for the show and how things change. And I've it's like a privilege to be able to do this with you all, weekly and in person and virtually and, like, to experience our lives together in this way it's unique, but it's not because it's what everybody did during the pandemic, but the fact that we've sustained it this way, that you know, the TPS hosts have created this space and then made this a community it's it's special. And so the fact that we just so not like, we're just assuming that this is the way to go is really refreshing because there are spaces in the world where people don't just assume that, yes, the ladies take over and this is what we do. That there are women in places in the world in media, in entertainment, in higher education, in finance who are fighting to carve out spaces like the we have here. And, you know, I think this is a big deal because of the work that Alantania and Matt and Victor have done. And, obviously, the experiences that we've had and the close association with letter Kenny and New Metrc Media and how they elevate women. I just don't think it's not lost on me that there are women in other spaces who are fighting for something like this. Or something equivalent to this in their own personal and professional lives. And I wanna acknowledge that, and I wanna say if anybody's listening and is in that experience, like, keep fighting. We will support you. Like, reach out to us. You know, if you're listening, reach out in the DM group. Because yeah. I'm just I'm just really thankful for for this and with you all. I know it was kind of long winded. Speaker 5
But But it was a crime. Speaker 0
Yeah. And necessary. You know, like Yeah. The way this works is if we do tell each other that we will support each other in speaking up or in demanding a platform or in just demanding time to be heard. Speaker 2
Well, and not having to demand it is is is is where I would love for more people to be able to get to is is to have a collective agreement that we create that space, men, and women. Speaker 3
What I was gonna also say, just that the produce stand does offer equal pay for men and women. Speaker 2
It's the same. Al. Al. Speaker 0
Al, that's totally inappropriate. What are Speaker 5
Apparently, I'm paying him. Apparently, I'm paying him later. Speaker 2
then there's just bringing it Speaker 2
to the patriarchy. Well done. Speaker 4
There you go. Alright. Well, Speaker 2
this was really nice, Erin. Speaker 4
There was. It was. Yeah. Speaker 2
But, one. Do you think Speaker 4
maybe, like, we should try to summon the portal? Speaker 0
Portal. Oh. Yeah. Probably not a bad idea. I think they've been in the intergalactic penalty box for long enough. Speaker 1
Oh, yes. Yeah. No. Yarp. Yarp. Speaker 3
Oh, freight. Okay. Me let me just grab Daisy. Maybe she can pick up on their scent. Speaker 1
There's a joke to be made here somewhere about not man looking, but I can't seem to find it. Wamp, wamp, Speaker 2
like, we can't find the men. Speaker 4
Yeah. Hey, do scent molecules escape travel class portals? Speaker 0
I only want way to find it. Speaker 7
With friendships renewed and deepened, the DPS ladies set off find their very confused male counterparts. Speaker 8
Hey, guys. It's Chris. Hello. Are you out there guys? The the door to the portal is not working. Come on guys. I get sick of this thing. Guys. Speaker 4
The night song is such language by DJ Donna Summer. Speaker 2
I'm I'm big girl now. That's all we have for tonight. Happy international fucking women's day to everybody listening. Do us next week when we gather together and do this. Again, it's gonna be amazing. Al. Right? I don't know what's happening. Yep. Thumbs up from Al.
