Podcasts, the produce stand f****** sexy. Once again, hanging out the produce stand on Cass. Paying tribute to the drinking and show, Letterkenny and now Shores. Now I know what you're thinking. There are many other podcast will later Kenny out there, but this one is bringing the lumber. I am Al your host and joining the in the room is always is the lovely, Tanya and online. We're gonna getting a pat on the back and Tanya and online, we have squirrely mat and the Victorious. Victor, and joining us this week. She is a professor at Laurentian University which makes hurt way too smart to be on this podcast. She actually lives in Sudbury. She's a member of RDM group of Patron and Great. Gal she's a really great gal. Please join me in making some noise for Michelle. Wondrous. Oh my gourd, welcome to the produce, Dan Michelle, how are you? Now, I am great. How are you? I am well, I don't know how to answer that anymore. Not a practice, Yeah, that's not the shore, ziwei, Mighty roads nail in it. These days. Give me some lessons in well, to buy a SAS, what does Michelle teach can? Let us so let us start with your interview at. What do you teach at Laurentian? I teach forensic science, I am a forensic DNA analyst. That's right. It's all coming back to me now. Yeah, we had this chat on a joke. I want to give a shout-out to branya because I lived I too lived in Pueblo Colorado for 13 years. Ten years before moving to Sudbury. And I miss it every day. So, oh yeah. So where can I stay? So are you Canadian or American? I am Canadian. I grew up in Quebec City and Ottawa. Oh, wow, nice. But so, you spent, but he spent quite a few years in Colorado. Yeah, I work for the state is this? Yes, I am a DNA Analyst at is so f****** cool. Wildly, cool. Oh, you have got stories girl, we just do a whole separate podcast. Yeah. Wow, how long have you been at Laurentian? I mean I might have an ex-girlfriend who I Go to school there and it's a beautiful campus. Oh yeah, a lot of time. Maybe your. Yeah, I have been here just over nine years. Nice. Yeah, yeah, it's a beautiful spot way up on the hill there, right? Yeah, yeah, great. It was founded by lakes. There're 300 likes plus in Sudbury. So it's really pretty up here. Lots of rocks. Yeah, I am happy here. So, what's the most messed up thing? You have seen that you can talk about. Come on, there's got to be something or yes. Your favorite story doesn't need to be messed up. Gosh messed up my first and my last crime scenes were suicides by a high-powered rifle. You can imagine the devastation that could call no. Yeah, I can imagine. Yeah, Nick close as we got to that here is we had a neighbor hang himself in the garage. Once that was he asked his neighbor if you are one of our friends, if he could borrow his ladder and then afterwards the police officer said, do you? Your ladder back, and he's like, no I am good. I don't need my ladder back. I should cook it another way. It was true for that later. We can bring someone into your tragedy. That's way to bring down the room, guys. It's good to bring down the room now because now we're going to start you know, pumping things back. Yes thanks to Jeff. So I am gonna ask you all the standard question. I mean, you have been on with us frag Hall, socials and stuff. But this is your first proper visit to the produce stand. So Michelle, where, and when did you discover Letterkenny? I don't remember exactly but it was probably a news article in the local paper or one of their papers when they were starting to film here. That's right. You do the new show. And so before it actually aired, I looked up Letterkenny problems on YouTube. So I started watching not and then became a huge key, so fan or kazoo. I don't know. If we're allowed to use his name and started watching 19. You and anything else that they could until the Letterkenny started. And I never looked back. Yes, Victor's got his train wreck background on. I don't know. What are you talking about the beginning of this episode, or you time with the shores, the episode? Why do you have that on? Oh no, that's all you. Oh, thanks. You need different train. Wreck and background. So we can determine which one is episode specific? Or one's a shot? No, it's a shot. Oh man. When did you discover our podcast? Michelle. I think Al you are on a community podcast are. Let us right? Yeah, that's podcast. A podcaster was scheduled to be on your podcast but I think you are there because I remember your voice and you sound like another. How does a community. I can't really being confused. Yeah, and then you were talking about your letter can . So podcasts podcasting is lousy. Al's with velvety voices. What you're saying? Yeah, that podcast you heard me on was obviously our buddy Melbourne. Jack is his community podcast which he started because of us. So really you came to us backward but any degree of the Greendale human podcasts, right? That's right. Great show. We highly recommend it if you're a community fan, that's great. Well, thank you for joining us today. It's been looking forward to having you on so it's so here we go. How are, you know, tonight's lineup is going to be. Matt Al Victor tang in our guest. Michelle will have the last word. Matt, how was your week? We go. Wow, I wasn't expecting to go first, it's been good a back to work. It doesn't feel as I was off last week and I needed more time. Let us put it that way. So it was I have been ramping up so it's taken me four days to get back up to speed, and I am still only halfway there, but we're getting there. Lots of good stuff. So I am on my third week of cleaning my garage. That's another thing going on. I clearly had a hell of a mess to work on. Yeah. You know. Really wild has happened this week. It's been, it's been pretty chill, really have much, man. I am not gonna lie. I am at, was excited for this. I have watched this episode 4 times because I have been so amped about this digging all that and yeah, I honestly don't have much to talk about. So it's the first time ever. I think that I have got no stories and nothing, so maybe I will take that as a win, and we will move on sure. I am sorry. Yeah, I have got nothing this week. That's all right. Okay. Okay, well, I am okay with it. You had an auto theft on your street, that happened? What did I talk about that last week or? No. No. You think you just tweeted it out? Sometime this week, but yeah. Okay, then I will probably talk about that. Okay, thank you. Thank you for giving me some materials. Yeah, one of my neighbors, had their car stolen, which was kind of wild. There was, it's like, there's been a big string of thefts in, in the Toronto area and this one was clearly part of it for later cause she's like the sweetest guy in the world, her car only had 15,000 kilometers on it. It's like a brand-new CRV, she loved this thing to death and middle of night. She's like, I put the thing. It's like, I put my car to sleep at around midnight and by 6:00 AM it was gone. But finally, we know interesting enough. We got a bit of an update, so we spoke to her this evening, and she's obviously devastated by the whole thing, but what she was told by the officers hand in the whole situation is that they're actually investigating a series of actual auto shops, and I guess what they're doing is when the cars come in they're assessing them, they're replicating. Eating key fobs and things like that and then literally just walking over taking your car. So she's like there was no even breaking. The person had a key program for kid fibro. Programs key fob. Yes walked up. Boop got in drove away. Like there's a shortage of new cars right now. So I mean apparently like last year anyway heard the first instance of somebody's car appreciating in value. Like somebody bought a Ford F-150 pickup for whatever they cost and was able to sell it used a year later. For more than what they paid for, because there's just no new cars in stock right now. So, yeah. It's absolutely well. And actually funny, you said, my other neighbors was kind of half, joking about it. She's like he/she might actually get more from insurance than a car is actually worth because of the way, the things are these days cram. Well, yeah, I was just kind of interesting thing. We had cops canvassing the area looking for people with webct are the doorbell cameras and things of that nature, but just sketchy, man. Yes, so Savvy. See his s***. Yeah, people are just s***** sometimes. And this it Was a good example of that, but, you know, yeah, we got hurt, and she will get a nice new car out of it. Our friend awesome. She had an issue with somebody trying to steal her Catholic cattle at a catalytic converter twice in the same night, so it's crazy. Yeah, it's and I mean, we have got a story of her own of our car, being stolen at her driveway, which I believe we told in the past. So I won't do it again. But yeah, it sucks. When that happens, especially when it's your own driveway, like, you think, at least it's at home, it's, you know, No One's Gonna Be Brazen enough. To come and steal your car, your own driveway. But yeah. Well I mean my neighborhood particular like my driveway is fine. I can actually probably fit six cars back-to-back through the length of my that's quite long. But majority of the, the driveways in my neighborhood are one car driveways and there are sand and there are steps off the sidewalk. So it's not like you're going to any lengths to get to Vehicles, it's right there and this is one of those examples. So there's a lot of platinum inside a cut catalytic converter. So maybe somebody want to get some Platinum. Mm, real engagement ring. That's what it is for sure. That's what's happening. Nothing says forever. Like, catalytic converter. All right, my week. I mean, this past weekend, we, you know, was Canada Day weekend. So we had my cousin and his family over again is Hostess. This was last week last weekend that was last week, we talked about it. Already been there, done that. Oh, we talked about they were coming now, they have come, and they have gone. This is pretty sure is, but it's this past weekend. Do the math 10 in your mouth. Faster. Anyway, so there's that. The kids are now on summer vacation which sucks because that's throwing our entire schedule is off. They think they can stay up as long as they want and it's f****** with everything else that we want to get done like watch stranger things which is getting creepier and creepier I am loving it. Danya 10 is not so much love in it but watch like this. Yeah she wants is with her hand with a face cover Gary even and I just started the first episode of Umbrella Academy yesterday because I Finished. I am caught up on the boys and so far. Yeah. It's, I don't know what's wrong. So, I just binged a. So, I was a late to the party on umbrella and I watched the first episode when it first came out, I liked it, but then just, I don't know what happened fell off the wagon, but in the last few weeks, I have been to all three seasons. Yeah. And what's your thoughts on? I really enjoyed season 1. Yeah. Season two is kind of different season 3, kind of, that's the one. When it back in the 60s I kind of That and so far season, you know, the beginning of this one here, it's I have only watched, I am only one episode ends. So we will see what it's like to get whole. It, does it? Yeah, it gets better. I think. Weird, that's weird. But it's still, it's just, I don't know. Like, if you compared to straight. If you remove this, Nostalgia factor from stranger things and just simply compare the writing and The Innovation. And is this a, an interesting different, new story stuff like that? So, definitely different news story. No, no, no. Like I am I am saying stranger things. No, no I know anything is very cookie cutter, you know, exactly what's going to happen? I am not putting it down, by the way, I don't really enjoy strain, but it's a form of, you know, exactly what's around every corner. There're no surprises every it's just, it's just the formula that's working. So they just continue to repeat it. Umbrella Academy is different. It's, it's, it's written. Well, the characters are interesting. I really enjoyed some of the characters like the Elliott Pages character. Yeah, that one. Cured, who's with the British actor from The Misfits? I love him. He's great. The hippie guy is so good and for some reason, he reminds me of Matt, but anyway, and I don't know why there's just something there. But yeah, yeah. And anyway, you know, anytime you get a compared to a celebrity, it's a good thing. It's something fun you can do with right? I don't know. It's just, it's it stands on its own. It's not, it doesn't, it's not using like any gimmicks or anything. Like that. It just well written. And it's interesting. Keeps you in there? Maybe it's not hitting the mark for you. Matt. I am just saying, well, I enjoyed it, it just, was it. I was not, I never expected to be on the journey where it took me. Like I didn't know what to expect going in a good. Yeah, it's fun, but I am kind of like wait, what's going on? Like I am at the part of my I am so all over what's going on. It's definitely a superhero story. But not Tropi superhero. It's not appropriate. It's not trophy at all. It's a completely different take on But that actor who plays whatever his name is Klaus or whatever. I want to see him in more stuff I want. Yeah, he's so good. He's so good, he's credible. Yeah, yeah. And maybe you can unpack for me later, why he reminds me of that? But maybe we can do a separate. You will have to, we will have to see about that. Victor, since you took over some of mine, you can finish off with your week. Oh yeah, sure. Well, yeah, my week actually, some quantum entanglement with you and minesh so This is, this is a guy that I worked with at blueprint for isshiki laughed, and then we needed to replace him. And that's where, you know, you and I just made first Contact. And then later when I was at Benares, if we had an opening and I actually reached out to minesh because that a previous relationship and it didn't work out, he ended up moving to the states. And that's when right afterwards. We spoke, and then he landed the gig and yeah we have been buddies ever since. So it's funny. The two of you are kind of entangled and yeah, we have never met. Yeah so why am I talking about him? Yeah so he came down here from Miami and when whatever and espresso and accessible, and we yeah, and we went out and had a nice dinner together and some drinks and I That's when I caught up this cold but it was really cool. Getting, wait a minute, he came up from Florida. He didn't give you a cold. You give you f****** covid, probably, probably. But that's okay. I am you know it's going to hit me just like a regular cold, so I am good with it. Tell you how was your week? Oh, my week. Okay, so tell us about this show. Everyone wants to know about the show. Oh my gosh, I went to Toronto. I, I left my bottle, I left my bubble, I went The trained eye. I was like, motivated, not medicated, but meditated and I really I did it. I was like, I was so excited with myself and it was, it was a, it was a challenge but I took it on head on and yeah, I saw it in a theater like, just oh my it was full to way to go, Ted. Gnu from Erin. Thank you. Thank you, Aaron. Yeah. So I went to, we have a pre Broadway show right now in Toronto Off-Broadway, off-off-broadway pre-broadway. It's on its way. We only get it for two months, it's called a Juliet. So it is Romeo and Juliet but it's Juliet's version. So, if Juliet didn't kill herself after Romeo, it's kind of like this woman empowerment. And it turns out I was way bigger than that because I thought that's the story and that's the direction it was going in, but it was all-inclusive. It was a phenomenal show. Its it was, it was just song after song hit after hit and just something that you were dancing in your seat. Just feeling like every oh my gosh, I just wish I could get a script of it because the feeling that we had and My amazing can do it tables read of that script. We'd have to go all my gosh. No, no. The singers though it was like it was that kind of feeling when the singers just start, and then they hit those notes, and they give you that shiver feeling of just like, wow, like just that. So, so unbelievably powerful and it had everything, it had like, confetti coming from the ceiling. It had pyrotechnics it had and this was our daughter's first. I am going to a live theater. So that was a big, big deal. And we had we just had a great time. Oh my gosh. So much fun. Chad said he's proud of you. Trout Ray says, good job. Tanya and low Bones from Jeff. Thank you so much. Thank you so much. Yeah, it was, it was something that I have been, what do we call it? Our, my exposure therapy. We have been doing little things here and there trying to get me back out of the house and do. Doing the things that we used to do before. She's working her way up to the Duran concert. She's going to revolve exposure therapy like exhibitionism. Nothing like that bigger. Clothes are stuck. Yeah. But it was, it was a great show. So, yeah, yeah. You can tell by the, by the tone, in her voice that she really enjoyed it. So amazing. Michelle, how was your week? Well, pretty good. Pretty good. It's been a busy week last week just before The weekend I was in Ottawa with most of my siblings who converged upon Ottawa, and we hung out with my soon-to-be 97 year old moms. Oh wow that was a lot of fun and mom made me cupcakes all of it anyway because my birthday is on Saturday, so I did and when you said most of your siblings most I don't say a sentence like that. How many do you have? I have five siblings and for your more, their own. Oh, nice. It was great. Little mini, family reunions, love it. And then for some reason is that the first time you guys were all together in the last two years and yeah, pretty much you know some of us on occasions and anyways there's no particular reason it's just one sibling was in Ottawa, so we all decided to know it's a meet-up, spread covid. Maybe but hopefully not. And today at work, we had 53, high school students in, and we were teaching them all about blood-stained patterns and fingerprints. So they made a mess with fingerprint powders, and they made a lot of pretty pictures with sheeps blood. So it was a lot of fun. Nice. Yeah. And they were all just going back to Laurentian. So were you already doing this before? Like the whole CSI TV, craze and all that stuff before? Find that. I mean this is probably an obvious question, but is there just way more interest because of those shows now than there was before? Like before it was something people thought of doing and now like everyone wants to do it or not everyone but certain can't really speak to it. When I got my first job, I worked in Toronto at the Centre of forensic Sciences for two-and-a-half years and that was long before, CSI. Quincy was kind of the only. Okay, yeah, that had been around and I didn't know anything about Excited just lucked into that job but then the CSI started to come out and the only forensic science program in Canada. I think, at that point was at U of T Mississauga and now there're five universities in Ontario, that have forensic program. So a lot of universities, it tries to pick up forensic science as a degree program mostly to get bums in seats, but for some really, really well played across Canada and in North America and Iran, the us as well. So, yeah, it's definitely popular, and we haven't had too much trouble. Recruiting students. I have been, I bet that's. I mean, it's a cool thing, right? Or cool. I mean, you know what I mean? An interesting or fascinating line of work. Were you? Did you start the program in the wrench? And then were you like no, it was already here? Yeah. And the the tell us about this, this pattern here, His background. Is it? Blood spatter. What can you tell us about this pattern, Michelle? Um, I don't think it's real. Uh-huh. It's catching moments of it. The round drops are probably 90 degrees on to a floor. Sure. Okay, that makes sense. Yeah, but the little lines and again, I rudimentary knowledge, but once I am not to sure what that is, maybe gravity. So I don't know exactly what that represents. The belittle. The stains that kind of have an elliptical pattern with a tail on them. That tail is the direction. Movement of the blood as it hits the surface. I was just joking around with saying and analyzing I love it. I am like listening I miss holding it wrongs. I know right now I am not gonna watch Dexter. So my gosh my question that Michelle is done you how? So since you live it and work it, do you hate those shows then the CSI? The Dexter's the those types of crime, right? I like to watch some because they're entertaining idea. Science is pretty bad. Especially in the CSS. They have the best the fanciest equipment, like, we dream that we could have, but they use them for totally the wrong. Things can get a DNA profile and 60 seconds on CSI, right? Right. Takes about a week to do that in real life. So many, do you like f****** around with them and like walk onto a crime scene with mirrored sunglasses and then you take them off and you say something really cool and no, no, you don't do anything, and we turn on the lights. So you know, we have bright light Send me make sure the lights are on, so we're not working in the dark a lot better. That's better. Oh, well, that's so practical. I don't wear leather pants are high. Heels can afford it. Well done but I feel like, you know what? A lot of cops like is coffee, right? So I think maybe we should listen to a word from our sponsor. Hey there. Wait, what are we doing again? The sponsor read. Okay, wait, we have a sponsor. Yes, it's Eric. Oh, I know where he's a good guy. I know that, you know, he sells coffee. Yes, of course. I think. It's cause diabolical coffee. Can we just devilishly good coffee? You don't say, he also felt diabolically awesome swag. Terrific. It's got a roast for all tastes the right. Yeah, you can order whole being poor standard grind, And express espresso book, whatever. Hey, don't you antenna use K-Cups? You know, we do, I think she has those two wonderful imagine if we could use promo code, like produce stand to get 10% off coffee or merge from a store. Yes, that would be cool. Wait a minute. I just had a brilliant idea. That's that we should get back ba coffee to sponsor the podcast said, yes, why have we never thought of that before? I give up. Thank you, Dad. Ibaka coffee, and thank you, Eric for your support. And speaking of support, welcome to New Twitter followers. Turrents, Powell from New Brunswick. Z hockey brings people together the episode, got a fresh rating from Victor tang, and our guests Britt and Moe, and a clearance from Matt and myself, according to our scientific Twitter poll, I didn't get the numbers from our scientific Twitter poll, but I am pretty sure most of them gave it a fresh, and we will just leave it at that. This week, a recap and review the season phenomena, but this point very scientific. Yeah. This weekly recap and review the season finale is Shore. Z, don't poke the bear mad. Have you done your homework? I have done my homework. Victor be done. Your homework is chanyeol. You did your homework. Yeah. Michelle have you done your homework? All right then don't bore us. Get to the chorus. We open the same way. We opened episode 1 with an episode of questionable. Call sponsored by bro dude energy drink hosted by a Nick featuring Tessa Bonham, jeon Ray and the man they call our a they provide an update. On their favorite dirty player. Sure. Is, is your Z where Z f*** you shoe, has? He always had a busy few weeks up in the no show that I don't doubt of that Nick after losing 20 games, he publicly declared the team will never lose. Again, if they lose they fold. So they fold it. The Sudbury blueberry Bulldogs have won three. Straight one game remaining on the campaign, chooses streak to panel, take turns making fun of the blueberry Bulldogs new name, but then they get back to the plot of the episode. So, They lose the final, they fold. So what happens if they win? I think the question is, what happens if they never lose? They win a ship there in a double header against first place suicide Marita verón of the season and the beat him up pretty good in game one. The Sue they're always so good. Remember was that but the big story out of Sudbury is that they may have poked the bear, don't poke the bear. The sewer resting their big wheels for playoffs but now the big ones will play the season finale. Never poked the bear. Yeah, sometimes it's best to just let the big boys leave, ya know, they may The blue Bali Bulldogs, but they're still from Sudbury neighbors and stuff it down as you have ever been it and said Ruiz loaded up in 13 straight, there's an impossible amount of good-looking girls in Sudbury, hit the showers on right respectfully. So who's the bear? And we cut too sanguine. That's sitting in a hot tub, giving his best come hither. Look Mercedes joins him they flirt for a bit and then Mercedes thinks back to the first time she saw sanguine it, and we get an underwater flashback to the infamous Party Island, squeezer and Wasaga Beach. The camera continues to pan under water away from the squeezer to reveal a floating turd, and we get the shore Z logo. And that's the cold open. Matt, what did you think of this cold open? It was good. I love. I mean, immediately a lot of bait. They went full circle with this, you know, Sal, we started the series is over ending it, you know, they did how they did in the first episode, they brought us in, got us up to speed, the did the same thing. Again, you do a little round about had a few laughs made fun of our a little bit and gave us a recap of what to expect on where we're at. So, yeah, I mean it wasn't anything crazy but I think is appropriate And I generally enjoyed it and then what I was a little thrown off by and but it even liked even more was the, the sanguine had seen because I use the first time we have ever seen, what I would call a two-part cold open, usually it stays within one element, but to throw that in, there is a little, you could almost call it filler but it also completed the story, right? That we have always been running, did this happens, you know, what was the truth behind us? And, you know, it kind of close the get any questions. Have had about that whole situation. It kind of sit. Oh no, that was all real. Here it is. So we can laugh at it. Enjoy going forward. So it was fun. It was a good way to start the episode. Hit a lot of good points, right? Out of the gate and love and the Sea saying when at getting again, some fun, some fun in there. And good for him. Do you be you don't think it was one step too far showing a floating turd? No, not at this point. Now, they have already shown Michaels dicks. So, You know, floating poo feels like a step down, so you know, they're scared. They're sitting there, they're scaling back right, right. AKA Code Brown at the Great Wolf Lodge. Brown is rest. All right. Yeah, I mean this is fun. This is a funny open. It occurred to me while watching this and doing the notes for this that people may not know what a party island is, and more. They think that it's an island in the middle of was Sega and know. Isn't it's these floating Tiki Hut kind of bars in the middle of the water that people can swim up that you can rent them and have a party or rent like in the water around them, and they will serve you drinks and you can just kind of float up to the bar and like you would like at a I guess a swim-up bar and a resort but this is kind of out in the middle of a lake so that's what party island is so party. Alling squeezer. Just how long that they had. That looks it looks like it's pretty new like I am looking at a picture of them right now, and so they're just like literally these Floating I have seen that now neither have I so and, but we don't really go to a Sega. Now it's all because it's just one of those places that are too busy. You don't want to take kids to but ya know, it was a fun scene fun kind of way to open up this season finale. Victor would you think first? Let us do a correction Tuesday on you because Wasaga Beach is your right, very busy. But that speech one in about five beaches. Yeah. And if you're at the beach five, it's actually quite Occluded there's some very nice Cottages you can rent work that you have got the beach, all to yourselves a great and, and it's really, really nice. And there's nobody squatting, you know, doing any cold ground next to you there? I don't know that. No, no, because all the stupid teeth at all, the stupid teenagers and those in their 20s, they're not in their, their parting at beach, one, and two, right? And in fact, last year, it was it last summer, we went to a Sega couple of times. We were like in those far further. See, more secluded beaches the drummer from my old band has a cottage in with Sega, and right by one of those empty beaches. So, yes. Well, there you go. Yeah, so just, you know, for those that are scared off by your comments, that's actually can be used. There's some nice areas that sure they're like, but he said, it's Wasaga is awesome. Okay, so says, Victor knows where you can take a private Aqua dump their. Yeah, yeah. So this called open was what's good and mad, I think you're right, it may be there're others but certainly in the letter verse this is the one Our what is this? Is my special. Oh, I just knocked something over and hit a button. I got to give you a blue spatula because we have now got confirmation from Trevor, it could himself. It's now from the henceforward going to be referred to as the universe. It's what he has the keys to the city. Is that? What's that? What this is. He's as close to a letter of Kenny official as we have heard from, and he likes universe. That's what we're gonna. But yeah. Verse all right I am okay. But then you have to tell about the pronunciation. It's hard to fit it into a sentence. Yeah I don't know II for me. I do a petition on that one but where was? I was like going with it. So I know I am in trouble. You're not. I think we need more of those but yeah, I think going to that last Same. If I might, I would, I would say it's complete opposite to a filler. It was a fill-in. It was, it was Linda's. Like, I know it's called an enclosed off. Some very important questions that we all had. So I think that was I was just feeling sorry for that girls who was closest to the church because, you know, she's the one that would be the first ones. What happens like five seconds after they afterwards like you know what? This is. What Sega that means the water is nowhere near as clear as they may be there. No. No. You were seeing that true. I watch this completely different from all of you. This was watched with Sun. And so we ins were had. Yeah. Well no I was like, oh my God. Where is this going? So okay. So the beginning I was like okay blah, they're doing the whole you know, you know, Sports desk thing. I am not I wasn't, I was like okay been there done that, I did it with that seemed filler in kind of thing to me. I wasn't too interested with it. Look into the as soon as the whole hot tub scene started, I looked at Al going, okay, where's this going? Because I know he's already seen it and our son is right there, and I am like oh my God and then when they panned over to the lake, and I am like no, no. Now I am watching it with Mama eyes and not my eyes anymore, and I am like, where is this going? And then the next thing you No, there's the turd and that's when our son lost it. He just was killing himself laughing so hard, and I am looking at Al going, you should have warned me on that one, that was happening. So, yeah, it's for you, own was laughing. During the squeezers is aware, he's 15 years old. He is aware III was like, no. So it kind of took away the fact that we were watching with him, and I was like, that's not. What are you saying that? Richard was more Awkward than the squeezer. No, no, no. As soon as they hit the hot tub, just the hot tub because I was like where is this going? And then the and then up and over to the lake and then I knew exactly where this was going and then no. All of it was a very uncomfortable from there forward. Well, you happy for sanguine a The other she couldn't allow herself to be happy for Sanger because my son was beside her. No, no, no, I don't know what Victor felt like watching The Turk, any, with his sixteen-year-old back when we started this whole thing. Yeah, I went from watching it with just like my interpretation of it, to watching it as mum eyes going. Oh my God, my children. I don't want them seeing this stuff and then the turd coming by. And it was just like, oh my God, I can't believe they did that, but of course they did it. It's sure a z, so that makes sense. Michelle, would you think Well, I really enjoyed the Callback to questionable call. Yeah, I noticed that an echo is in her white turtleneck and a mini skirt. So that's kind of theme for the powerful women. Well, maybe into the show. Yeah, good. Cause that's always enough. Jose with about the Sudbury blueberry bulldogs. And I just anyway, I really appreciate that. When I was in Pueblo, I played hockey on a women's hockey team and will really learn. Um, so much about you, Michelle. You're so cool. I knew Dennis. Yeah. Respect to the blueberry Bulldogs in my ugly uniform. So I wasn't kind of anyway, and yeah. And that turd in the water. I mean seems of Caddyshack and anyway it was just, it was stupid and silly but I liked it so, It was funny. All right, cool. We're gonna go onto seen one. We open still on black screen and with hitch saying, a few words, well, if we lose the game, we lose the team. There's nothing you can do about it. No, but it's all gotta be. Then we cut the shores, the outwork reffing, the high schoolers and trading their usual chirps undefeated in three Bud. Taking a page out of the Bulldogs book. I will look at you, Liam. You put the cute in Accutane you where did you poke the bear? Who's the bear suicide? So good the soup poke the bear when they dressed a team a call up to Dance, a team on a win streak. You weren't on a streak. Choose a streak you bozo. Second was a disqualification. Yeah, well they don't ask how they ask, how many it's couple it. Yeah, cut the lip pimple stiltskin, you will get a breakout seem to cut the shores. The insane one that's sitting in the stands of An Empty Arena sanger's. Wondering why Shores? He didn't trip one. One guy last game. Shores is confused. Of course, he did Sanger meant on his own team shows. They didn't give any of his own teammates a hard time, which is very unlike him Shores. He's very concerned with the fact that sanger's sitting in the seat, right? Next to him in the this Empty Arena Sanger continues. With this point undaunted, the point is short, as he didn't trip one guy in his team and this still, and they still got a decent result. Even they got big navvy real Big W, real big tub. Now all the boys firing of useless played like useful. Well, I wouldn't go that far. Your leg is touching my leg now, positivity, he's the superior motivate. Mmm. I think you're learning. If your balls at ugh s***, f*****, seen three Cuts Allure Amour, Interviewing that in her office they talk about Shore Z for a bit not a slore. If she's still pushing up. If he's still pushing up on her floor, admits that the consistency is kind of charming, not admits that she has a soft spot for him. He could step on a landmine and talk himself out of it but not soft spot, isn't just for sure Z. It's not just him sake players. Why take a losing? So personally they don't just accept blame for a loss. They claim it. They take that burden off of their teammates. I f***** up. I cost. A game. I need to be better but when they win, it's never personal. They never take credit. They never say. I they share it another Sports, it's Mimi but in hockey it's we it's a team. You try to write the piece for me. They can be irritating at times and over-the-top, but they're dumb. Ugly, their s****. There's a humbleness there and a responsibility. I respect it. If it's lost tonight, will you take responsibility if we lose? We fold? Even if it's a packed bar, we do what we say we're going to do you already printed in you, not a problem scene, 4 assures, the arrives at his apartment kitchen. Do Laura hanging out towards the comments and on the strong smell of weed? But hitch and do Lo look at Shore Z with the music's prescience Shores. He's about to ask them why? When he hears a woman moaning from the one of the bedrooms? Charlie asks who it is? They don't know big sexy as his two cents then hitch and dolo can't answer Shores. He's questioned he decides to just walk in on Frankie under the guise that Gazette doing a Krispy Kreme run, Frankie's swears its Shores, e to get the hell out. Rosie comes out all wide-eyed and excited. You didn't recognize the woman, it wasn't. Lawrence she super freaking pretty she's super f****** hot a bit young for his taste. Suddenly there's a knock on the door. It's Lauren's looking for Frankie the sludge Panic every time. Lawrence knocks big sexy replies with a. That's just now that's not it with this an l'orange. Skulls outdoorsy to open the door. Then do low and Goldie, and then he calls out, she calls hitch, the 12-inch c***. He's been called worse short, as he finally opens the door. Where's JJ? Emerges goody and Alice the dancer from the Coulson Alice leaves, and then the door to the other bedroom opens and from it emerges lasondra to do. She sees Lawrence apologizes saying that she's a big fan of both her and Frankie then Frankie comes out of the bedroom, causing Lawrence to storm out. She comes back to let Frankie know that he should go collect two Siamese cats because she's going to leave it outside. The front door. Frankie Goes after Lawrence Shores. He comments on how having a Siamese cat is cultural appropriation. All right. So production note here, I never thought about looking this up, but Shores, these apartment is above a live music venue called the Grand. Have you ever been there? Michelle, I am not inside. No, but I walked by it many a time. Yeah. So the grand is a landmark theater in sudbury's, downtown. Now they hit, they are hailing themselves as the hottest club in the north. They have a lot been there. Oh, yeah. I know. Exactly. Yeah, it's a club inside and it's like an old theater and there's a bar right in the center of the room. You can still see the stage. Yeah, that's a really cool-looking venue that you think. Lot of big axe playing there, but the other production node in this episode, there're two bands on the Marquee for the grand. The Friday band is the Apex a scrappy all-girl. Rock garage, psych, pop Trio, from Sudbury and actually Michelle that upholstery shared. What's that music festival? That's happening in Sudbury, it's called up here up. Here the a pads are on that poster. So there and known Sudbury, local band and the Saturday band is called broke off ski and the repaired DJs And producers from Sudbury, not want to go back and look at all the other bands on the Marquee and look them up, because they're all actual band. So, that's pretty cool. But none of these two are on our in the soundtrack for sure Z, which is so maybe it's like not something they do on purpose, it's just whatever bands. On the Marquee that day, is what they shoot. So seen five at the hockey, rink of the Bulldogs game against the Sioux Shores and Sanger call the gyms for a pregame discussion. Alright, Jim yeah, Jim. All right. Jim subcenter, it's going on buddy. Has been huge for us. Help the swing. Momentum changes the course of the game. You have Been instrumental beats past three doves, and he means, and you have been critical Jim. Yeah. Jim, thank you. Jim. Thanks a lot of Shores in really appreciate it, but the sewer addressing the stats that I priority is to run them up. Not fill them in. So I largely be parking. You have some Jim, we are all boys. Hey, shorty turns to the s**** — Frankie who are each riding? One of the exercise bikes. It's annoying short as a he asked them to quit it. They're interrupted their interrupting, a bit of a moment, but the moment is done. Anyways, besides Sanger loves to see the s**** getting their blood flowing. So short, as he turns his attention to the bikes, they're interrupted, interrupted by Meegan zieg, who asked where Frankie is saying. Her says he's running late, charlsie ads, because manatees move Slow Sanger ensures. The girls are Frank, you will be there, the girls, some insurers, E2 Sanger, and Sanger tonight's office. Next scene. Cut two Shores, the in Sanger. And that's office not wants to present your Z with his latest team sweater Shores. He starts off with what new embarrassing sponsor. They now have a zieg unfurls, the sweater to reveal a captaincy for shorter Z and this makes sure Z cry, not congratulate the new captain but if they lose they fold. See you in seven short as the in Sanger. Leave knots office, they're wondering where the hell JJ is Shores, he's afraid JG. Chase Lawrence all the way back to Quebec Sanger suggest promoting fish? To shore Z's line. He's proven himself, they both argue over who gets to tell fishies on the top line short as he loses the argument. Official got a dip. Nope, let us go great. You're playing with me and goody, why who f****** cares or Z? Just till JJ gets here, where's JJ? Oh, you can't find him right now which is a bit. Embarrassing, she's biggest the moon, but ask Goldust. You sacrifice your body for the boys out there paying the price. It's almost like you love winning. No, I hate losing. This answer impress assures, the in Sanger, see, Nate the Bulldogs are back in the dressing room for their pregame pump up ritual, ready because you're going short, as it gets introduced as a team captain. So he's ready. And then there's Michaels. And Michaels. Sorry, I got a. Squeeze it for me. Sweetie off the side of a party island Wasaga Beach, buddy. I think she was yours all along, buddy, you ready? Oh, singer. You're going, yeah. And C9, Q the musical Montage. Number one, the arena is about a quarter full. This is pleasing to me Gonzaga everyone's there, including the Potlatch. Eddie, Brothers, Liam, and Cody Benny and Remy, even Laura more is there. And for once she's not pouring a drink from her flask Nats, it's in her office. She seems too nervous to actually watch the game scene, 10 Benny, and Remy, give their pregame prognostication, the Bulldogs are good, but there's no JJ got to the game. The sewer score early lame encoder. Cody note that the sewer so f****** good. Then they score again. This time, Laura more comments and how f****** good to see. You are, they score a third goal in the crowd began, shaking their heads and disappointment, Shores. He baked breaks, his stick in, frustration up in the booth. Remy is drinking on the job first period ends with the Bulldogs down. 3-zip 3 scene 11, cut to the dressing room during intermission. F****** sorry guys, so f****** good. Holy Mack, Jesus. Jesus, Jesus went to Camp score goals. If you don't shoot the pot shoot the f****** pot next scene, second period starts with a blue Bulldogs, actually shooting the puck as per Shores, he's pleased. But the Sous 10d is stopping, every shot directed at him Shores. He starts a skirmish by snowing the Sous 10d and gets it to minute penalty upon which the sus score. There is, in the resulting power play. Making it for nothing, everyone in the arena, is irate, Shores, the in Sanger start, arguing on the bench over, what to do Sanger suggest sending in Jim's strategy says will just lead to more penalties and more Sue goals. They need goals. The Su score one more before the period ends, making it 50 the horn blows and everyone reacts, they poke the bear. Poke the bear? I will poke the bear off a cliff. Ooh hey mean that door does't poke the bear. 1813 in the Bulldogs dressing room. Everyone's quiet except for Shores use loudly and violently throwing up in his stall Sanger walks in and motions for the s**** to join him in Jersey stall, Shores. He asks what that where the f*** Frankie is Sanger tells him Frankie's in Quebec? He's not coming, this seems to deflate Shore. Z further the slots, then start speaking quietly among each other in Jersey stall, we can't hear what they're saying. All we hear is Shores is saying no, but finally, with the flush of the toilet, the s**** meaning ends, and they emerge from Shores, East all Rosy. Comes out. Last and with encouragement from Sanger relays, the new plan, we're not beaten the suit night sewer so f****** good. I will sort that f****** good. You just run into a hot Bowling Michaels. You sit on your head. Yeah. Michael said, more shots and two periods and most guys get into f****** games. You're playing like, buddy, but your plan like Judith, hawkey insane. Asylum that back in that mall, Michaels, Give It Up. We can't just lose its last game, in this Barn, gotta win something, it's the Bulldogs last game in this Barn, we got to give them a show. So boys let us give him the f****** Lumber. We went in that physical battle boys, can't run him up. If a cat, run him up boys. Let us just give him the f****** Lumber out there. One period to make their lives. Hell Jim's, they're not going to want to go, not worth the risk. They have got playoffs up the road. So your job is to score us to go the rest of the boys are going to make room for you guys out there for a change. Have you guys are scaring us the last goal and Sudbury Bulldogs history. Well, do you think Jim yeah, Jim yes. Jim sounds good shorty should be fun. Thanks, James. Well, f****** Love winning f****** hate losing more gonna dip, hurry up, fish, last game in this Barn. Let us give them a show, boys. Him the f****** Lumber. And musical Montage. Number two starts, the third period begins Shore. Z charges at the Sioux goalie and begins an honest brawl. The crowd starts to get into it or arm or even Smiles Sanger and me share a moment staring at each. Other through the crowd, the Bulldogs penalty box is full of slots. They're all in it, and they're all laughing and cheering along with the fans behind them. The crowd is loving the show, even Benny and REM, you're high-fiving. In the booth, the pull of Jetties are while they're doing what they always do. But with a little more vim and vigor during the very next I saw fish takes a short seaworthy, swing of his stick at the Sue's opponent out leg and starts. Another brawl knots in the office staring at the wall of photos 1. Photon particular features. Her. Her mom, short, as he and herself Shores, he's holding a black Sharpie marker and both not and her mom, both have one of their teeth blacked out to look like shorter Z so production. Not there the woman in the photos posing as Nats, mom is Louis Bergeron. She's a long time, set director on Letterkenny Set decorator. Sorry. So still in the Montage, not leaves her office and walks to the ice. She gets there in time to see one of the gyms finally score a goal on the Sue. It's now five one that notices the crowd having a great time regardless of the score any and Remy have so much fun that Remi removes, his toupee like a hat and starts waving it around in the air. Back on the ice, the gym scores, second goal, making it 5-2 but time runs out on the game and that's the final score. The Bulldogs, take the ice in the fans all come down to the glass to show the team together. Appreciation, not zhigang, meager held onto the ice to join their team and face the crowd despite the loss. The crowd is giving them Innovation that stands there, taking it in with her hand on Shore, Z shoulder scene, 14 cut to the dressing room. The players are all having their game sticks while on the phone with their parents Shores. These stalls empty Scene 15 in the workout room. Shores in, not sit across from each other. Not use not says f*** you to shore Z. So Z responds with a very subdued for what? Shore Xenu The deal and now not has to do with, she's such as she was going to do jurors. He says, nothing just sits there. Looking at Nat not ask him what he wants her to do. It seems she's looking for some ways out of this deal, but the sewer, so f****** good. They got thumped and short as he still thinks he can beat them against Rosie. Says, nothing not asked him how again nothing from Shore Z. But now we get a flashback to the s**** conference ensures East all before the third period, where the f*** is Frankie Quebec. He's not coming. Surely we have got a new plan for this. We all play like you out there. My son? What? Full team assures he's real dirty. Let us get out of goddamn boys win with round big m************ pressure. If any song units bit late for making an f****** impression boys. There's an f****** roommate there. Anyway. Hit him and often they will stop going where you get hit Chapman off. Now stop going where you get chopped. It to gives us a lot more room after next game. What are you talking about? Next game, don't be an f****** idiot. They have got a hot tender. Let us let the league know your tenders hot or when I am through the back. A couple f****** that. What are you f******? It's too f****** late for this game. It's get them in playoffs. Production knows this is the first time do Love speaks in perfect English other than time, he was quoting Shania, Twain lyrics, in episode 1 back to shore Z and not in the workout room. Not remind shores of the deal if they lose they fold towards he reminds her. That, that was when she only had one guy on the team telling her they'd never lose again. Now, she's got 16 of them in that dressing room and a barn. Full of fans who can't wait to see it. You think we can beat them These guys are so f****** good. You won't be the same team after that period. No f****** way. It wanted nothing to do with the gyms. We'd have Frankie back next game. She was so f****** good, but they do not like the lumber You know what you get in the playoffs. Does number you get that high heat? Hell yeah. Hell yeah, f***. Yeah. Well what are you going to do? Differently me. Oh my God, you say the boys are going to play like you but the chirping and the lumber and the running around, have always been your game. So if I keep this team going, are you going to raise your game? What are you going to do differently, Shores? He looks over at the weights in the workout room. Got to is snowy Sudbury night. The streets are empty, except for a crowd of hockey. Players jogging down, the main street, they're joined by a large group of fans, and then we Fade to Black And that's it. That is the season finale of shore Z season one, hell yeah. F***. Yeah, that's right. Got a, lots of comments in the live stream, the gourd saying, you know, he lost it in the scene where all the players were on the phone. So their parents that, how perfect? That is song selection was in that last scene. I wish I had written down this. The name of the song. I that's a Miss. on me. But anyway it was a beautiful song. Perfect sure. It's true. Love true love. Oh my God, I had the name. Yeah, add it to my playlist immediately. Yeah, it's a great song. Anyway. Hope to bias gesso Jr. Oh, that's right. It was to buy. It says I should have remembered that one. I am Matt First Impressions. Oh my God, I sound. You know where to start. So I have made a ton of notes and I guess that I watch this episode, I think four times, which is big for me. I just so let me I am going to lead with this. This is an award-winning. Inning episode on so many levels. The I will start with the way they told. The story, The pacing, the build-up of everything around this episode leading up to the big hockey. Montages was so brilliant. Like they, again from the kick off with the cold open, bringing that full circle again, take it or leave it, but I thought that was really smart. I like how they did, they brought us back to where we started. And what we, Of we're used to then they kick off, and they're kind of retouching with all the different characters closing a couple story points. I think the Laura Moore in that scene was one of the most important ones in the whole episode where Nats going on about how she loves hockey players, why? And I got to give a big Applause to it was a Camille Sullivan who plays Laura more. I think she is so believable. In hurdler. She doesn't shouldn't give it a lot of lines, but her delivery Re and how she does, it is so natural and effortless. Yeah. Now, yeah. I just it just feels real and I love her for it and I think she fits a while. So I think that's he was such an important powerful seen as, as in the music and the back I was setting this tone. So none of the scenes were long. So a lot of times these really long scenes, a drag out the first 15 minutes of this episode were series of short little intervals of story to get you close this. Close that The subset that up and then the last 15 minutes of the episode where the hockey game and the fund the finale, so they did a really good job using the time because it's longer than what a lot of episodes. So I think with 30 minutes or something like that, and they don't normally go the full 30 but I thought that was really great. And then when you get into the hockey sequences, holy s***, Tracy, and I were chatting a bit early, and he and I completely agree them. He said this is some of the best shot hockey that we have seen in television. Movie, you name it in a very long time. Like it's so tight and so on point and really got applaud but tree and the team there for putting this together, the way they did. It's just it's magnificent. And then you get to that big moment of the end their locker room. Right where we're Shores, he's puking. Because normally doesn't puke, he's taking his she's dumps between periods. It sounds puking, it's got to him, he's overwhelmed T. So you brought it mans? And there's little nuances in that scene before he starts saying what he's seeing or is he's building up that really caught me out from an even technical standpoint, you're watching closer. There's one little moment as he's getting up or about to get up, and they're cutting to the different players, and they're all reacting to holy s***. What's going on? Why is he doing this? What are they talking about? And then even they cut to fish for a second and when they cut to me is out of focus but that very quickly, it comes into Focus And just little moments, like, that from the editing perspective, it creates that suspense and that, and that emotion, that's being built up in that room. I was just like Hook Line and Sinker, and then you get keys, a sitting down shortly sitting down. And, and he just does his little spiel about, you know, it's giving the lumber, you know if you weren't like, like, he brought up the fields and nothing and then the end the universe has done that so far. Have they really been able to tap into the feels? I think they make us laugh. Our asses off We appreciate what's going on. But to really create this, this feeling of like connection with everything that's going on, I just I can't applaud this episode enough, it was I loved it and then that song at the end you don't expect it but it set the tone of what they're doing. It was this is why I have always talked about, not a big Sports guy and I will stand by that. You won't find me sitting down watching a hockey game on TV or whole baseball game your whole baseball game. Yeah, you name? Yeah, yeah. But you get Me a sports story like this, you have got me every damn day. I will watch it on repeat because I want to know all the everything that's going around it and I so appreciate it. And I think what I love most is you can and I have seen other people comment online and in our chat, and they is this really felt like almost like he's his love story and then the team's love story to hockey and a tribute to Sudbury and everything, and they have Published what they came out to do. And I just yeah I just I can't find a gap in this one. I am so happy with it. It really, it really was just an extraordinary episode and I applaud them for it. That's my initial thoughts. Well I will put you down as undecided as, so I will agree with everything you say they're. I will say this that last hockey seen borders on overly dramatic. No, just almost, but it didn't. It rained it in just and I love, I love. I love that last scene with Shores in that in the workout room where they do their whole thing where she says, f*** you. But the way he and somebody mentioned in the live stream to the way he says For What and it was just deflated, just everything in just those two words. He was defeated deflated, just had out of answers and out of, you know, Smart Talk. He Nothing else to say, I love the little touch of that picture I know YYZ said that he lost it when the players were on the phone to their moms in the Auckland so good. But to me the moment is that picture of Shore. Zeenat and her mom, and he's got the Sharpie and not in her mom, have their teeth blacked out to look like Shore. Z that picture shows how close they were with the mom and it kind of brings everything full circle and explains why it might, you know, now that is the way she is everything. Like, it's all about making mom proud, and the memory of mom and the fact that she was a new mom, and they were that close and stuff like that. Yeah. No. I mean, it's a, it's a great episode. I love the music selection, I love the, the shot selection. We Now understand a little bit more about Frankie now. The question is, did you? Now did he kind of sabotage has some purpose? Is this finally the comeuppance we were kind of hoping to see you know or what like why? He just left the team. He just deserted the team. So that will be that will make for an interesting season to whenever that happens. The only other thing I could even quibble about is the fact that of course, there're still playoffs. It's a 14 Team league, they're still playoffs. So this whole time did they did not think they were going to fold before playing the playoffs? Of course not, they're going to play the playoffs. So this isn't the last game in Sudbury. There's going to be a playoff game in Sudbury, maybe at least one, even though they were, they were like the, the last place team. So chances are whoever they play. Is going to have home ICE Advantage. They're still going to play at least one game. I think unless it's on its elimination like single-elimination, they're probably going to play best of two out of three or whatever. Anyway so that was kind of like you know, they brought it, brought it up to this climax. But yeah, there's still the playoffs. They still have something to prove or something to resolve so it was that part. There was, you know, you say that. But I mean, you know, we don't know. The intention may not always said you lose again. We fold like she was prepared to fold midseason. For right. So now he knew we lost his get, we're going, and we're going to lose this game. She's they say they do what they say. Yeah for. They're shutting down, but you can tell that I have seen in the workout room that is looking for a way out of this deal. She's begging Shore Z with her eyes help me out of this deal. What can we do? What can we say? And he's like, not like nothing but we will get them in the playoffs. Like we can beat the Sioux. And, you know, we will have Frankie back, although, that's questionable whether they will have him back, but it was just kind of like, They pumped it all up to this point, but yeah, there's still the playoffs, so I don't know. Overall, I still love the episode, and, and I am probably just nitpicking at those two little things. But if there was anything that I would nitpick on this episode, it would be those two things Victor. Yeah, really more of the same. I think Matt is a little too gushy over this one. It was definitely a good episode. And again, just so much and so little like even 30 minutes, it's still It's just 30 minutes, right? I mean, that's not a lot of time, and it felt like we had so much in this episode. So, again, more of that consistency, but I can certainly nit pick up things as well. I mean, they kept going on about how Michaels was doing so great. And with all the great hockey shots that you talked about, they didn't show Michael's, make a single sale. Yeah, single, yeah, that's a good point because I am like if they want to show Michaels is like, I am and I love how the team was rallying behind especially short as he Like Michaels. I wasn't your fault. It would have been good for them to show him. Make a few safe here. Right? Yeah. And I get it they need to edit it down then whatever it just it wasn't consistent. What we saw was not consistent with what was being said and so that's definitely something that for me, that's a gap staying with Michaels. I was hoping that we get some sort of resolution to that whole Goofy nicknaming that we had for him. It's to this to and that we have now finished the season. I so know what though All of that was about writing with all these OU. He always hits the Mark or anything. It's just a running gag, right? Yeah, never Miss. Yeah, I get it. I get it but I guess I don't get it. So, whatever, it's like just one of those things that it was going to be something and then it turned out to be nothing and-and-and-and exactly like same thing. Like the whole point of this climax was, are they going to win? Or they're going to lose, and then they're going to hold and, you know, the user fold right? But the point, It was so easy to not fold at the end, right? So, and I am not faulting them for it, it just it made the whole climax, a little anticlimactic staying with Frankie, that's another kind of Gap, right? The just that whole storyline was so like it almost felt filler toshish. He get the game stick, I can't remember, but, but he was important, but he wasn't. It was the whole team that came together, right? And he just seemed insignificant to the story and French Francis Francois Frenchie LaBeouf. Lawrence I mean Lauren. Ya thank ya friend Shield. So actually I like I don't know like she's against each. She seems even that scene like you know big sexy stole that whole thing. Yeah. Right. You know like she just didn't seem that important or significant and even her kind of reaction was so accepted anticlimactic. I thought that was going to be a little bit more interesting, so I can quickly jump in on ya on the JJ thing. So I know I talked about this last week to where I felt like his holster lines but felt very insignificant Again, and I do believe that there's it feels like a big ass set up for season two. Right. A lot of things are doing. I only wish they would have given JJ more screen, time or more. If this is where they're going. And there's this big Quebec never forgets thing, and they're going to create some big, you know, story and season two. I wish they would have given him more screen time than just sort of moments scattered amongst it all because it just felt light. So to then what I expect to be Something bigger in the future. So just again nitpicking there. But that is it felt, it felt like also there's no evidence that he's even smart enough to come up with some kind of scheme like this. Like I figured like something like this would have had to have been Lawrence helping him do this. And from what we have seen unless this is all like one major set up, and she was in on it and so was what's your name? Listened ra+ that lissandra the do. I must all three of them are in it to f*** stores, the over it during Most important game who knows? Like yeah, that could be that's possible because I do kind of they do make a big deal and seizes episode one or two, when we first meet loss where it says, forget Quebec never forget forgets, right? So it didn't buy enough II looked at us. So apparently, Quebec's motto is I remember no Mr. Yeah. Is there a severe? That's all I remember. Okay, all right. There you go. Well, so who knows. Maybe you know what it claims As of Abraham. Yeah, it could be. It could be that. This is just one big thing. That all three of them are in on because you're right. Otherwise, it does seem, he seems too dumb for this. The whole lissandra gonna do the whole love triangle. Seems weird. I don't know. But yeah, I mean, you know, Frank he's right up there with a public charity brothers. So, and, you know, not no offense to them, but I don't know. I think there's definitely got, so I have just We talked about the gaps, right? Because I think you and might have already talked about all the great parts of about this episode. I am just saying, I don't think it was just perfect, and blemish-free is mad, made it out. See that's all. And then in the final scene, like, with the reminded me of all the Dave's in the world music video. If you remember that one, I mean, I am not, these are days. I know these are the day yesterday for our American friends, for probably have no idea what that is because not all they might know Kids in the Hall, our listeners happen. But the music video itself. I think it's brilliant. Anyway it reminded me of that. I am thinking like you guys score two goals and you lost is that really brought the whole Community together like that? That's extreme. That's but whatever. Yeah. Well the gyms the gym, scored the two goals, right? And, and I think they could listen, you're a die-hard fan of sports, and I am sure Or teams don't always win, so they still support them, but he's right. He's a New Jersey fan. So there's there're elements of entertainment and loyalty and excitement around watching them. And that's what they have been building, right? How they did it. You know whether you agree or not, they have been building this energy in this excitement in the town again and people are Banning behind them. They gave him a show and that's what you're doing. Is there's a lot of response happening on the live stream anyway? Daniel, what did your initial thoughts? I have to read Attract. My earlier statement, when you asked if I had watched the show, and I said, yeah, I think I should have said. No, because I didn't do everything that you guys just talked about. I didn't catch hardly any of it. Yeah, have one literally, one job. I know, it's not a safe place, but I am not gonna watch it a second thought to be honest. So, we watched this right after we did a podcast, so it was already late, and I was already pretty tired. So, I think I may have fallen asleep. During some of it, because what you guys are saying, I am like, what? This is asleep during the, after my God. Daniel, no, no, because like some of it really didn't make do that much sense to me and now you guys are just filling in some of those gaps. So I must have because I was like, what is happening here? Why is everybody so? Okay, so where it lost me or where I got lost and may have fallen asleep at this point? I am guessing that's what's happened. So weld on, hold on. But it's your job. I know, right? So it should we just, we just pause this whole episode for 30 minutes. So don't go watch back and finish up just 10:45. She's already tired again. So I am tired again. So it's about, yeah, it's not gonna go a true much better but at least, okay. So what I have understood now, which I didn't understand before. See, again, I am f******, I am too honest. I was. So when that came out on the ice like the, the hockey, There's came over, they grabbed her, they came out on the ice and then later after that, you know, they were there, they were getting their praise or whatever. And then after that, they were in the hog as, so I thought, and this is where it's not a safe place, but I thought that was not the end of the game yet, because then they went back to the game again. There was another flash back to the game. If I didn't go back to the game, there was a flashback to that. I see you get that. That was a flashback. Anyways, my bad. Bad. And again, must have fallen asleep. A some point. And you thought there was a fourth period of hockey. I thought that I am like, why are they doing this in the middle part 2? Because there was more game again. So I thought Force again, I know every just laugh at me. Go ahead for shame. I thought, why are they doing this? And the game's not even over. Are they saying their goodbyes now? And then they're just going to make a really sort yourself out. I know, you know, I didn't have to tell you guys that, but anyways, you are spare parts. Show me some love. Casey says, you're an f****** Beauty. I think I get it. But what I was going to say of the parts that I did get, I did love the unveiling of the sea, when Zeke gave Shore Z and sure as he started crying. I thought that was great. I missed the whole again. F***, I am listening to the show for the first time I missed the whole Sharpie He and I saw the picture but I didn't see the Sharpie anywhere. So I now that makes way more sense. Meaning a thank you so much for your honesty. She weren't so f****** awkward from now. So to use all my sounds tonight. It's not a safe place but I didn't see the Sharpie. That makes my way more sense. I just thought, oh, we're assuming it on a picture and there's not there sure is. In that is a mom and then I was looking at the other pictures trying to get like some sort of information as to what Out. Anyways, didn't I was looking at the wrong stuff. I am going to have to watch it again. There's a Sharpie. Apparently, what I was going to say to shore, Z saying nice things about Michaels when he's already left five goals in like that's not usually the case, right? Like from what I know on hockey, like if a goalie sledding 5 in, you are screaming and having it, you're wanting to pull your goalie, put somebody else in. Like, just anything is better than what? God, save percentage, right? Right guys, that old man so not a thing he was being peppered, like he was just telling Michaels, it wasn't his fault, he was getting. That's why I thought it was really big of Shores, e-even, though, 5, RN and Winning is Everything. The fact that he stood there and kind of praised Michaels that he took it more shots than he would in two games. I completely thought that was pretty, I thought that was really amazing and that Michaels has done it. He's Now, part of the team, like he's one chores. He also, I think that's a whole point of that was, was short. As he defend Michaels. This wasn't your fault Michaels. This is us were playing like dog s*** and Frankie's, not here. What's going on? Yeah, right. And that is the typical hockey etiquette. Yeah, yeah. JJ being as big as the moon again, they have some great one-liners, big sexual, you know, it doesn't translate, I love that. I thought that was pretty fun. And you know SEC winnette he's still bringing it like he's still got it. Yeah well not that it the whole coaching part and you know, sitting with Shore Z and you know, giving him that heart-to-heart and you know several times throughout the episode. So I caught most of it, I just I didn't that was a pretty big. You must be in the emotional like a substance of the whole episode. Okay, so you have to listen to us anyway. So what you guys have said is really great. Thank you, sounds wonderful. Like it was a really good chef and Michelle save us. Please save us. Please. First Impressions, just this episode like all of them. It's so lyrical. And I mean it's like watching a poem and especially the steams with no dialogue. They're just so beautiful to watch. Watch and you know they're on the phone to their parents right? They don't have to say it. No. Yeah I know that's perfect. We know. Yeah. They said that a perfectly and it's so Bittersweet and it's heartbreaking, all those goals going, you know, that, you know, I have talked, and we're gonna do it and that's usually the Trope, right? You know, they're gonna underdogs, they're going to overcome, and they're gonna and then the goals go in one, two, three, four, five and just everybody is deflating. So I liked how they kind of you know, maybe that's a Trope as well, but they kind of turn it around a little bit, and they didn't win, but they did win. And I think you were talking about Shores, he's sitting there with not in the workout room and being deflated and defeated. I didn't get that at all. I don't his expression on his face was, he's absolutely exhausted, but he's just, you know, he's in the Afterglow of that whole experience, and he's just Lying, like I know exactly how that feels and that's his face. Like I just saw that on his face and it just, it brings back so many memories of playing hockey with the team. They just, you know, you lose and but it doesn't matter because you're there with your team and that's just the best feeling ever and you lose as a team. And I lost, I cried. Yeah, I mean present an emotional episode in tenure will learn that next time she watches and lastly I have never loved Sudbury more like it just it drove home like this is becoming home for me, finally, whatever you need. Have you been to all the places that they talk about her or celebrated throughout the season? Most of them? I mean, I know about him and the eating places. Yeah, most of them. I have been to the bars. I Don't do bars and don't drink. So that's not my natural habitat but have you had the pitter-patter Panini? I have not had any except evening, can you do it this week? And then go back to the egg, please do that should have been your homework for tonight and that mortality rate at the end with those scenes at Sudbury, like I know exactly where each of those places and I live, right downtown, so I am two blocks out. We found that theater from The Grand Theater, so I drive those streets every day or walking the streets every day, and just seeing that familiarity and submarine the winter, and yeah, it's amazing. Matt, you said it like, this is a kisos love letter to hockey but it's also his love letter to Sudbury and I mean it's put suddenly I mentioned that as well. Yeah. And that's what I mean. Yeah, you said it, I am giving you credit for saying I am sorry, I am not trying to so sudbury's must because Not his hometown so it must have left quite an impression. Like just those Seasons. He's, he's been there to shoot Letterkenny. It's left him that much of an impression that he's like, I want to celebrate the city. I want to see, you know, it's really amazing what he's done. Yeah, definitely. Yeah. Alright. So let us move on to ratings. Matt, what do you give this episode? I mean, it was all right, but I mean it's clearly a beauty like I know there just isn't gushing he's wrong. I am appropriately responding to something. Wonderful is what I feel? Yes, there was moment, there's always moments, turn like anything you love is going to be moment Setter but a lot but I think they just are they created? And we will talk about this more like next week, but they created this complete story. Hmm. And yeah, those like he's like you said Michelle when they were on the phone, you know exactly who they were all talking because they set it up. So well, and not an even in an annoying way, in a very clever way that allowed us to connect to all the characters and all the different situations they were dealing with, and they closed all the service tanning. You talked about, you know, how they were treating Michaels and how they're treating. Like fish was another one who got his Kudos in the end there. There was this Level of respect for the whole team, as they all came together, and they just celebrate each other. So, no, it was just, it made me very happy to watch this episode, and I will watch it again and again. So it is an easy, easy Beauty, and then they left us with the only we didn't really talk about just you should have, is they left? It said that line at the end was just, that was so brilliant cause they're setting a whole, I think everything after when that comes out, and they kind of wave, and they Do those after scenes, it felt like a big an epilogue for what's to come. Like the music changed a bit. They're kind of doing these pacey's flashbacks back and forth. It's an epilogue setting up for what's to come and then leaving with that. Thought of what are you going to do differently, right, and I love that. I am like what are we going to see from Shore Z and season 2? Is it going to be a brand-new him is? What's what have been the key things are going to change what his character to help them be successful. And that got me very excited. So I have a theory. That. And I think this is going to make awesome especially very excited. Because when she asked him that question, he looks over at the weights. Yeah, he's gonna get exactly. So he made that he challenged, he challenged Tyler Johnson. Yeah, for that, once it for that one season is like, Tyler next season, we want you to put on 20 pounds of muscle or whatever, and he did. So if he did that, if he challenged, Tyler Johnson to that, imagine what case was going to do for his own show, he's gonna balk the f*** outta come back. Back looking like number one from the umbrella. Oh yeah he's gonna come back he's gonna know anything is coming out boys anyway oh minor quibbles aside. I mean this was a great and to this season to a great season I f****** loved Shore. Z what a great way and I mean this is key. So showing he can write Story arc. You know letter this is very different from another County Letterkenny doesn't have these story arcs like this. He's written a story arc with be stories and see stories. And he can do it really f******. Well I will say, I am going to take a little bit of I am going to give myself a little bit of credit because it's in see in episode 1 of this season. I said, yeah, but that blue Spectrum down. I said, this is reminding me a little bit of Ted lasso. And you know what, think about it. We had a team in disarray, somebody came in to change the team. The team itself wasn't a cohesive unit by the end of the first season. The team is a cohesive unit but in Ted lasso, and spoiler alert, they get relegated. They don't win, they lose same in this. It's the same story. It's the exact same story except to talk to you instead of soccer. So as so, if shorty is meant to be a three season Arc, maybe I feel like we're seeing kind of, you know, a little bit of the Aim. And I am not saying he's so stealing from last. So I think it's just overall a Trope. Anyway I think he's setting it up for that kind of Storytelling, I love it, and I am going to give this a fresh because it was a great episode, the small issues I had with it aside i-it's a strong ending to this and it did what it was supposed to do. It makes it made me want more, like, I am demanding more, when the f*** are they going to pick? I mean, they have to pick up Shores. They fry least. Another season if not too. So it's definitely fresh Victor. Yeah. You know what? I had some trepidation because Shores you was not one of my favorite characters on Letterkenny. I thought most of the time he was just there for comic relief and you know, toilet humor and it has character even through the it. You know. Ten Seasons didn't really develop that much. Maybe in that last season, we got a little bit more phenomena drought throughout. He was mostly a rodeo clown. Yeah, or not Rodeo, not Rhodey. Leo Rodeo. Yeah, yes. So and for me in the universe I am I have got a cold. I can accentuate. I feel like this is the best season that we have had in the universe and I loved it. This is what I want thought Letterkenny was going to be and it wasn't which was still fine and this is the show I was, I have been waiting for and it delivered like every single Episode was great. I gave the first episode and I still stand by it a clearance because I just felt it was too Trophy and the whole reasoning they used for to develop this story arc was questionable. I thought that maybe a little more I would have challenged The Writing Room a little on that one and you know, based on what we got, I know they could have done better and I still stand by that. It's fine. It was still a good episode. And if the and the seasons are in Suffer from it. But you know, I think every episode after that was a fresh, except for a couple of D gems that didn't make that happen, I think that this final episode was incredible. I just needed to kind of bring a little reality and authenticity to it all to say, hey, it's let us not Fanboy over this one but it was a great episode, and I was just super impressed and it's easy fresh. All right. Tanya, it's to you. Maybe just write the half the episode you watch or ya rate, our feelings your interpretation of what happened. He's imagination well, dear me. Um, you know, it was a really good episode. I mean, you know, I love your all of your conversations and all of the information and the new things that I kind of maybe missed a little bit. No I liked the episode. It was there was nothing about it that turned me off other than you know the turd at the beginning that was floating in the water and my son watching a guy get jerked off in the water. That was a little upsetting to me. But other than that, you know, it was a solid episode for what I understood. I will stop. Claudia. Oh, by the way, this is the most uncomfortable review that I think it's a finale. Can't wait to see it. I can't wait to see it again. No, I truly am. I am I think it needs to be like, in a morning when I am like alert. Okay, maybe coffee is involved and not. I am going to watch it again for absolute sure. But for out for right now, I love that. You got an F by my name is that migrating? Or is that my? I am just I am guessing. Sitting here grow weary you on this episode. I am so sorry. Oh man, yeah, I am going to give it a fresh wondrous. Oh my God, word. All right. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. I regret nothing. It of a dubious unicorn, but we will give it to him now and Tanya will commit to watching it again before we recap with Dean and tiara next week, has that. So Michelle, we have a unicorn in the books. The pressures off you. You don't have to give it a fresh but what are you giving this episode? So it's a fresh 100%. Yeah. Pretty sure I am going to cry, right? Then you missed all of the boy, and I am more upset than you guys. All are should be. You should just feel shame about what you have done. I don't know what happened. Anyway, that's great. Let us move on to MVPs, Matt. Who do you give the game? Stick to, there's so much good, but I am going to it's going to shore Z this one. I think he Yeah, there's so many mentionable 's but I he just that scene at the end when he brought all the feels and just sat down and yelled at fish to get in this bed and then slapped I just then the man delivered, this was him putting it all out there and it's your Z key. So very good. I am going to give honor and but honorable mention to the s**** that scene around chores, he's stall. I loved it. Just the way they were kind of raising, you know, propping up there Captain like, you know, he's at his lowest moment with his head in the toilet puking, his guts out. And they're trying to like, okay, here's what we're going to do. We're all going to play like you tonight, and we're going to let the tough guys. They're going to score the goals, I loved it. I thought it was really, really fun scene, but I am with you. I give it to show as well. I mean, he carries this whole series, he carries a series, but for sure this episode You're, I think he does all the heavy lifting Victor. Yeah. Well, there aren't any small parts, just small turds, and I know that all of you are hoping and thinking, I am going to give it to the turn. Not reading chat said 10 bucks. Victor gives it to the turd. Yeah, no, no. I know what I am doing. I wouldn't do anything silly. Like, all right, I would have bought you then on that would have been my pick. Yeah, no. No, but like, but truly, there aren't any small parts and I and, and just do too. Timing. I have got to give it the big sexy, big sexy, brought it because that's seen that scene. It was so hilarious. It was so hilarious and it is created and it created the big sexual line even though that was delivered by Lawrence Frenchy. I love that line. I thought it was so awesome and then the way you keep the shores of those big sexual Victor this is one of the few off base and the diesel actually give you a kiss. Right, big, sexy delivered. And really made that scene, extra special. Yeah, thank you. Yeah. And so I stand by that. There you go. All right, 10 your game stick. Um, you know, I am gonna give it to like, yes short as he was amazing and, and stole the whole show, but I really like you did. You know this? I think she's in. She's inferring. She's I have heard she's deducing, but I saw it again. I didn't realize that I missed some of it until you guys started talking then I am like f***, I think I kind of fell asleep during some of this. No, I am going to give it to not like from Like Her speech with Laura more, you know, her in the like, can't. She can't watch the game, and she's like, hearing what's happening and all the like the zoom in with the photo like she and then the one-on-one was sure a z. I don't even know what to be said. Your MVP has to be somebody from the first 10 minutes, you're being consistent because you have like not to let this whole season. It like you have been on that side, so she's amazing. She's great. She is amazing. I really I, yeah, she I find her to be and I loved what she said to Laura Moore and Laura more even saying are you trying to As for me and I thought that was, I thought that was amazing. Yeah. All right, Michelle if you hear the game stopped I agree with everything you said about Shore Z and about not definitely. But I am going to go a sin Gwinnett because I think he's matured fully in this episode. The heart-to-heart with Shore Z. He took the helm like he took complete control of that team. He called all the shots. Hmm. He called everyone into the toilet. Wish or Z and tell them what was going to happen, and he just can really came into his own. Yes. And had a little bit of fun, and he wasn't didn't seem to feel used in any way. It was just, you know. Yeah. Good for him too. And then buddy still sweet on me so, you know, maybe we will see something and season 2, if that his was definitely a full story arc from beginning to end result, we saw probably the most development out of him and Michael Probably those two characters have the most development through? Well, we definitely saw a lot of my ankles. Yes, we did well done. He's so darn cute. And so handsome in his suits and his, yeah, his pendant has regalia with the beaded so three, the, the Bulldog, the blue bag. Anyway, it's just amazing. I love it. I love watching in. And what a great actor is, what a nice find out is. Yeah. And to Showcase in the, yeah, this is his first Major role so. So kudos to him. Yeah. Matt top five. Where does this one be number 1, this is number one for you? Not surprising did this might this? This is, this might be number one of the universe. Yeah, I loved it. Yeah, it was great. It was great. I am probably putting it at number two, though. I don't think it was like my favorite of this season, but it was definitely really, really strong. I Enjoyed it. Victor. How about you? Yeah. I think it's appropriate to give this one a number two. Yeah. Oh man. That's brilliant. Such an all right tan, I liked it so much. I am going to do the same number to the first 10 minutes at least for number two. Michelle. We're so with our guest Michelle, I have because your first time on as a panelist I have given them the option to give us their top five Letterkenny episodes if you have that ready if not you know tell us you know some of your favorites. Um I don't really have a top five. I find that hard because they seem to change a lot but yeah this episode for sure Z is right up there definitely but I think whichever episode where they unveiled the blueberry Jersey. Like to me that was just that hit home so hard that I laughed so hard. That Sudbury Blueberry Festival. That's a whole thing on its own, but oh, yeah, have you been? Is it everything? Yeah, so the Blueberry Festival. They have it every year, except I think it sort of disappeared during covid. And it's kind of weird thing because it's sort of across the city and it's over about a week and each individual group or place or whatever they sort of have their own little thing. And it's just it's, you know, there's a blue blueberry pancake breakfast. Down. Oh, train station. So that's kind of one event, but the rest of it is so scattered and it's during the day during the week and like, you know, I am not quite sure what the Blueberry Festival is. Since its Edgar, he's famous for its blueberry, so yeah, nothing else. You should eat the blueberries here. But anyway, just with the blue uniform and all of that, anyway, that hit home like I told you before. Yeah. But Letterkenny again. I don't really have a top five, but I think the pilot the first episode to me Just again, just because it was a start. Sure. And kind of set it for everybody and the Supersoft birthday, just because I love the idea that I got my cupcakes on Saturday, so that good now, that, that really resonates with me today, I think the episode of hard, right? Jay and the Shamrock etz to me is so funny. I didn't stop laughing, but I love Jay Baruchel, so anything that he's in but and that episode kind of came out right at the right time. Yeah. Yes, it does for me. So again, that really hit home and I really like Ste Perfect Day. The nice PVD. Yeah St. Patrick's Day episode to me about again, was one of those lyrical kind of episodes. You know, a lot of slow motion, a lot of music, a lot of glances and understandings and I really, really appreciate that about Bolton shank like the visual storytelling. Yes. Yeah. Yeah, that's what I am trying to say. Thank you, Michael awesome. Well thank you so much. So up next we're just going to talk about D, the Letterkenny cold Open Bracket update. So this week we had returned to round 3 now the Letterkenny cold, Open Bracket 22 matches so far. Yesterday's match was the first one. We had, Katie's big Tarts up against Stewart's horn and Katie's big Tarts, the big winner over 71 or sorry. No sorry Stuart Sauron big winner over Katie's big chart 7471. It was a very close one right there and today's match really I didn't actually see that outcome. Yeah Stewart's horn wins it by three votes, which there was a, there's a lot of votes to so that's what 145 votes. And yeah, Stuart storm winds, B is a Bighorn. Yeah. And today's matchup toilet Talk versus five point one five inches. And this one is also a very close one right now. Well, as of before we record, Did this five point one, five inches, had ninety-three, votes and toilet, talk has 80. So there's a bit of a campaign right now going on by mats and a few others, including never Jeff. McHenry trying to get toward the top to win this one. So there's still time. I pulled them in for support, and he's there. Yeah, there's still time to cast your vote. If you haven't already to see if I try to talk can make the comeback. But so far it's a close one and a hundred eighty-six votes right now. Yeah, it's crazy. All right. And then moving on, we just we have a review. This is from our friend, Erin. Private DM. This is answering a question. We have had for a while and most Like, I have seen it as many times, even in Reddit, hey, guys, long time, listener, and lover of anything made by Jared key. So, love this show. Do I need to clear something up? I am an indigenous, I am indigenous from BC. And the pitter-patter verse is my favorite indigenous representation I have ever seen. I have been listening to you all wonder about tennis is hickeys from what I understand. Can a teal horn, has creative control over 10 is his character and how she is visually portrayed for the most part? A lot of her clothing. Jewelry are locally indigenous made crafted indigenous. Culture is not a monolith, but there are certain aspects that have transcended region and become larger, part of the general culture hickeys are one of those things. Snagging is a term is also a huge part of the community hickeys are just one way to let people know you f*** and or snagged someone noteworthy. I think it's hilariously important to their rep. Her to represent this because she knows it's something other indigenous. Ours will connect to and have a great laugh over. I love her and everything that this show has done for indigenous representation, amongst many other things, don't even get me. Started on my undying, love for Shore, Z. Thanks for scratching my discussion, itch on my two favorite shows. Looking forward to listening to season 11 to Letterkenny and to assure Z, give your balls, a tug tick, f*****, and that's from tomato, Messina binder. Thank you so much. Thomasina and like amazing Insight that she's provided here and that in that message. I love it. Yes. Anyway, so much more sense now. Yeah, do I mean it totally doesn't. It's an inside joke, is something they put in there that I love. It means that even more now. Right? Sure. Yeah. Just knowing that, that information. So we're going to move onto final comments. Matt, what do you have to say? It was sad. I am sad that the season's over. I love these recap episode. He's always so much fun. I love it this. So Michelle you brought it? I love the abroad. The Sudbury View, and we learned a he'll like your that you're clear, then your dentist with very layers later, lie to you, and I am excited. We're gonna do, we got a whole separate episode, just talk to you guys because this is fantastic stuff, but I love this season more like, I mean, we love everyone who listens love the community, it's so much fun and this season, we got To me to get closer with six more people who we hadn't had that one-on-one opportunity with. So, that was so special and awesome, and I look forward to more. Oh God, will they just announced these 11 release or something? Because now, this is the fun part where we can kind of start creating a new episode of fun. So bring us more stuff. Everyone out there. That's got ideas. I know we did this before. I love this so much. It's been so much fun in this season was absolute. Absolute f****** blast. Yes, I agree. Thank you so much. Michelle, you are the perfect person to have on, for this last episode being from Sudbury and having your background and having like background information about the different places that they celebrate not on this season. So, thank you. And yeah, obviously you have got like an amazing background with what you do for a living but also having played hockey and having lived in Colorado. Everything about you is super interesting. You're right, you are the female version of Dennis. So, thank you for coming on and looking forward to having you on again. Victor. Now blueberries are my favorite berries incredible and I can't wait to go to Sudbury just for that. And you know, Michelle you're obviously a true-blue Barian and the authenticity that you brought and the extra insight and the stories, really appreciated that and hoping that we're going to have you back again for season 2. Sure Z or season 11 of Letterkenny or Whatever, right. So, but we definitely have to have it back because I think there's lots more layers to peel there and really looking forward to that. Al thanks for your Steve, Harvey nastas as always and announcing the wrong winner. So that's all right. There's you know, there's always next week. Matt, your grade is always a little over overzealous with the episode today but that's okay. There's Force lost to be had I guess. And yeah, right nothing Tena your Peach. I don't know what to say about today but that was f****** embarrassing but what another great season, Al you know, you're doing great job can't wait for them to announce the another season. Yes. It will be fun to do a recap next week. All the best Michelle. You so much for coming out tonight was such a pleasure to meet you. I keep on, I am trying to talk Alan to some sort of road trip. Something to come up to Sudbury. So I would love to meet you in person. It was absolutely loved your Insight. I love that you have the hockey and like, just hearing you talk about how it was being on a team. And, and that camaraderie and that those feelings and emotions. And how that just kind of Parked all of those emotions. Still, just even watching the show I just thought that alone was just thrilling to me just to hear that from you. So, thank you so much for sharing that with us and guys as always, you know, I always miss not having homework. I know that shameful to say tonight especially if it's like a blooper on this one, but yeah. Um yeah, I can't wait to hear what happens next and even more excited now because this whole weightlifting thing and what key? So we will do with himself from there. Yeah, I just I look forward to getting more content and more. More letter. What are we call? Not letter verse Universe. You don't use. There you go. By the way. Jeff says, if you want to meet Michelle a and just commit, a murder, and she will come to you. Oh. Oh okay there's always seen ya. And by the way, we have some weird humor and I loved it. I already have the next half dozen episodes planned out, so I am looking forward to liking some of the things that to look forward to. We have some guests that are coming on that. We're excited about. We have Trace coming on to know who sorry Jeff is coming on to do his favorite squirrely. Dance scenes, were planning. Another Letterkenny ladies night, probably in August. So ladies, stay tuned for that. We have got some ideas and but keep like Matt said keep them coming because please we're unfortunately it feels like we're probably going to have a few months of having to make up some content. So keep it coming. Michelle. I just want to thank you for inviting me. This has been a blast love talking about these shows and ever since the first episode, your first episode, I just fell in love with the four of you. So, thank you and thanks for getting us all through covid. And oh, you guys got us through covid. Shut up. I think we all go both ways. Yeah. All of us together, and met so many great, great people through this and it's just been really hard. Only definitely. And please everybody, anybody come to Sudbury will do tour of all the locations that we can find and it will be fun. You can have a side hustle, Michelle. If you do like a letter K and Shores eat or like in, take people to different places rent a bus or whatever. By the way it wasn't Jeff, it's Jason's. The one coming on to do the squirrely dancing. Sorry Jason. It was a.j. Name. I know that, and I am sorry I have another question for Michelle. Have you ever seen them doing some of the, the filming? No, I haven't. No. Haven't you? Eh? You know, I have seen a lot of Hallmark movies and other stuff but never any Letterkenny stuff. Unfortunately, I would be right there. Have you ever gone looking for the farm? No, I haven't done that. I have no idea where that is. I know most of the stuff now they shoot on a soundstage except for the farm scenes, I think they still do that at the farm and the, but they probably planted. So they only do that for a day or two and then a lot of the other stuff is on sound stages. So, Right. Right. Yeah. There's some seemed especially the scenes in between, you know where they just show a clip of a church or yeah. Something that you know a lot of that I recognized in the corner store, the variety store. Yeah. Are the dollar stores? They call it whatever anyway. So yeah, we can scope it out. It's all pretty close by to where that's very good. You're all invited awesome. All right, we're going to play this off here with a song from this episode. This one's called camouflage featuring Laura Han by Causeway. I am going to spool this up. Here. That's all we have for this episode next week.
