I started a podcast for Letterkenny, despite their already being many things started a bit slow. But as more episode show, here's hoping for at least another 20, I tried to beat come host to me the skids. Almost sure as my trains have cabooses, Matt threatens to cut me loose has every time. I dare give a compost, not sure why Al decided to pick me although s*** got real in season 3, I am still not sure I get it. But now my appetite is sweated because I am constantly distracted by the D. Now we kick off-season 4's Wayne and Rosie are no mores but stormy is depressed and Sita was a mess. Thanks to the puppers relations are restored. 'S its thirsty Thursday. And that means we are once again hanging out at the produce stand a podcast paying tribute to the Great Canadian show. Letterkenny. Now, I know what you're thinking, there are many other podcasts about Letterkenny out there, but this one comes with four hundred percent more limericks. I am Al your host and joining me in the room. As is always the lovely. Lovely tanyon those are delayed. Reaction was, I am laughing at Matt and online. We have wouldn't be the first time we have squirrely mat and the verbose Victor. We're both got a new dictionary for Christmas. I have found a new site, definitely how are, you know? Alright, the lineup for today will be 10. Yeah, Al Victor, Matt 10. How was your week? Oh my God so busy New Year's happened. It came it arrived so happy it's a new year brought on you interest crazy things anyways so just we're not going to talk about the craziness. Yeah we're not going to talk about do that. Let us keep it up. You just say before 2020 ended, I was doing a couple loads of laundry and there was a burnt smell coming from the jury room. And I am just to like just Pop the last cork in the whole 2020, my dryer died like completely and utterly burnt something and it's gone bye-bye. So yeah. We're waiting for a new dryer which I am kind of thankful that it's at least something that wasn't one of our new appliances that we got during a whole renovation. It was something that was old so that I am thankful for but yeah it was just like really another things gone. Yeah. That was a pain in the ass but you also forgot the part Our daughter also lost four teeth on Chris Van on New Year's Eve busy. We actually s***, was she bad? Well, you know, I hear you back of the head, never mind. That's, that's horrible stuff. No, we actually ended up at the dentist's office on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, and they had to give her laughing gas. And we told her that she was going in for a cleaning, but we knew it was going to happen. And that's just mean, but you can't go tell in a seven-year-old, by the way they're going. To pull some teeth out of you. Well, they were so Wiggly, and she wasn't pulling them herself, and then she had other teeth growing in behind them, that we're coming out of a door and a string. Yeah. Try to get near her for that. Anyway, it was just easier to do this. And we thought those shoes only. No, it was more than just that though because there is she, she has this thing called shark teeth where she gets teeth that grow in behind your other teeth. So, they don't actually push her baby teeth out her adult teeth are coming in behind them. And she got rows upon rows of. Yeah, exactly. You got the picture. So the 12, I have never seen this before. Actually was really, really creepy looking the tooth that they had to pull, had route to it. Oh my God, you should have seen the length of the route on this thing so long and I thought you poor child and that itself is longer than the tooth. It was much longer than the two. Yeah, it was weird. Yeah, yeah. So that happened but she oh my gosh. She is just the strongest little thing. NG and bounce right back. And yeah, was doing fantastic. So schools at home, we're doing that now again, and that's happening for three weeks, just got extended, and so we're all together in the basement once more and it's game on 20:21 around to dingo Victor. Nice son was telling me the other day. So what are we going to call 2022? And I am thinking, what are you talking about? So it's 2022. 2020 happening again anyway. So that's his humor. You can noodle on that one for a while. So, that week was good, not really. It was a train wreck coming back to work. Nothing worked. And there's some people. People that instead of trying to focus on problems and resolving them, they'd rather pointed fingers at people and, and, and do that instead so, so, I know I am dealing with that. So that was fun. But on a brighter note, season 3 of a show that I forgot all about that. I thought was one of the greatest shows I have seen in a long time. Loudermilk dropped on Amazon. What? So it's called, Loudermilk. Yes, never heard of, where do yourself a favor and watch it? It's, it's just, it's just such an intense, just such an underrated unappreciated, not well-known enough show, and it's just incredible. Okay, what's risky? So smartly, what's it on? It's about this. So, it's on Amazon, there's now three seasons and it's about kind of this guy that runs an AA group where I think I like, like a pseudo a group. And it's just incredible. Like I wouldn't do it justice now. Is it a comedy or drama? Yeah, it's comedy. But it's a comedy like without a laughing track like, okay, that is, why didn't you just lead with it's a Farley brothers? Oh really? I guess. Yeah. Sorry. And there goes Matt shaking his head already. Yeah. Head-shaking starting early and fattening season. Have you watched it? No. I have never heard of it but I see Ron Livingston and I see The Farley brothers. Oh my all right, I mean yeah, oh yeah. Oh you're gonna like this is you're going to love this. A show so much, Matt. Like you're just, you're going to love it, and I am not saying that you will relate to it. I am just saying, you're in love. So anyway, it's great and so gave me a chance to re-watch season 1 and 2 it with Linda. And she loved it as well. And we're just, so we're watching season 3 now. So that was fun. And then accidentally, I stumbled upon a pilot episode of this other show which was, I think the worst a pilot or show. I have seen in my entire life and I you only want reason. I wash it was as it was called the Cat Cafe and it's with what's-her-name. I am by all McCormick. Oh, Blossom. Yes, Alec is a silent I apologize to all the Miami or whatever name is fans out there but I don't know, I just almost lost a little respect for it because I thought that she was going to she would be smarter than to ever take on a challenge like that it was the worst atrocity. I have I mean I have heard Pilots can be weird that way, right? They might be end up being good show like look, I don't ask me why. But the other day maybe yesterday. Listening to our first podcast of this of the produce stand. And let me tell you, it was rough and I think, you know, I think we're finally getting the hang of it. So almost nothing was there. I want five more seasons. We're good. Yeah, figured, yeah, well, we will have it perfected, and then we will submit to that podcast toward that Victor wanted to do after the first step first show, Matt, how was your week. Oh, I just, I don't know what to talk about, so it's the New Year, things are still a little Sommer around the house here with all these absence, but we're taking that day by day. And then honestly, I will say this episode without giving too much. I loved it. But it was a little hard to watch with a few spots hitting. We just lost our bombers but that's okay. You know, it is, it's fine. Yeah, I mean this has been a quite as we're back to work. That's fine. I am feeling very unmotivated. This year. I mean, it's been a long year already. Yeah. But it's okay. These last seven days have been a long year, right? Yeah. Like I like the whole all the s*** online around, you know. Can I trade our? Can I return this year already? Yeah, I got you but it's been fun. And what I did do is I used to watch. I mean, I am a movie fanatic. I think, you know this out. Yeah. So I got to watch a few movies this week. I was excited, but a lot of times I do is I get up really early because I don't sleep. And I put on a drama because they're typically quieter and I watched some movies. So I watched least one, good one really weird. So I watch The Yesterday movie, which is the Beatles one. Yeah you said you saw that one in the morning. I am like wow. Yeah I watched it like 6 AM wow. This is what I was when I watch movie. I love that. Yeah it was amazing. I really loved it. Yeah. And everything about it. You know, you with the weather spoiler that little throwback. Yeah. I love the Avenues that they approach, and they answer all those questions that even I had during the movie. Um, so I thought it was so smart. I love music movies in general, so that hit on so many cylinders, then I watched a really, I still don't even know what I watched was called a velarium. I believe it was okay. But it's like this weird couple who ends up in this house in this Labyrinth and stuck and it's just what Matt Damon. Now this one's what's like the guy who plays Zuckerberg and the social o.j.? Jesse, Eisenberg. Yeah, yeah. Yeah, sorry, I confused. Yeah, I saw that one. I saw that movie did well actually watch it. Yeah, I washed. It, it was weird and strange, but I was like an accident. You can stop. Yes, I couldn't look at me. I am like, I don't know why I am still watching this and even my wife is like what the hell you watch him like? I don't know much later. Just kept staring and waited till he but anyways yeah and it is still don't understand it. So but I mean that had happened. Then we binge-watch season 1 with one episode to go. Of the boys season 1. Oh yeah. The boys love in that sense or finding some new content this week, you know. Trying to just. Yeah, I am with you. I did, I did catch a few movies because I slept downstairs for a few days while not that I kicked him out of the princess wanted to have a sleepover with Mom. So, I got sleep downstairs, I didn't complain. And I had to start the year off. Right by watching my favorite, my all-time favorite movie cuz I hadn't watched enough you in a little while Grosse Pointe Blank. So I got some like, you know what, I want 2021 to start off well, so I am going to watch that one first because I know that will put me in a good mood and I love it. Its great soundtrack, great movie. Funny, acts action, just everything about it is perfect. So watch that. Then I did watch Once Upon a Time in Hollywood which I hadn't seen loved it so good. Okay. Did I know nothing about that story? About the Manson Murders, like I knew very little about it but Just loved it. It was so good. It was just a classic Tarantino like perfect Tarantino, and yeah, did you? Yeah, I liked it. Yeah, I liked it as well. Yeah, it was interesting. It was engaging in out but again I mean I know people probably she was like I am hit-and-miss with Tarantino know. Like, I think he does some brilliant work, but he loses me in some of his films. This one was kind of bit of a roller coaster. There were Parts. I love other parts. I am like why? And Then I thought it's very Tarantino the ending. I Thought I Loved. Yeah, I thought it was so good, so I mean it was kind of all over the map. So I mean, I enjoyed it. Yeah. It's like a three-hour movie. And I think it took me about three days to get through it, because I kept on getting interrupted for whatever reason. So maybe if I sat through the whole thing, may be a, but for some reason watching it kind of serialize the way it did and maybe that. Yeah, less. And, and on a movie telling, again, I can talk movies all day. But here, if you ever wanna do a movie, Cass. I am your man. I can talk this s*** all day, but when you talk about Tarantino, actually, my all-time favorite movie was written by Tarantino, which one, and that's true romance. Oh yeah, it was one of them all time, underrated movies. Oh my God. That is to me, one of the single greatest movies in film history, written by Tarantino directed by the late. Great, Tony Scott, man, I wish I was told, oh yeah, Michael Madsen know. Sighs. I am totally blanking smile. Time too anyways. There's a huge cast in that movie. You have never seen a know you guys clearly have to go out and watch it. It's amazing. Exactly. It's not a few of the streaming services, but such an amazing film. Yeah, I will have to revisit the owners haven't seen in a very long time, but I am yeah, and I know that it is a good movie. All right. Let us move on to a word from our sponsor. We don't have one but that's okay. I would like to announce that. We have started a patreon account site. Yes, we become one of those podcasts but Out. We're obviously not trying to get rich doing this podcast. Trust me, if we wanted to get rich, we do something more lucrative than podcasting, like, well, literally, anything else. But this is both a hobby and a passion project for us, but it's not free. We have costs like hosting and equipment. So it would be nice if this hobby could at least pay for itself and you know, maybe eventually a new mixer for me, but don't worry. We're still going to continue to provide the best content we can and it will still be free for everyone that won't change. However, if I was looking for a way to support us, you could do one of or both of two things, you can write us a nice iTunes review and or shoot us a little something on patreon. Consider it a digital low bones give as little, or as much as you see fit, we only ask that noone donate more than a million dollars per episode. That's way too much. I don't know what you were thinking, even like bringing up an idea like that we don't want to become assholes. And that amount of money will certainly turn this into assholes. There's a link to our patreon site on our Twitter profile and our website as always Thank you for your support and I can't believe it, but like the day I set it up, I didn't actually I set it up a little while ago, but the day that I promoted it on Twitter, we got our first Patron right away. And so I want to give a low bones. I want to give a huge thumb up to our buddy. Mike Laurel arranger for becoming our first Patron and buddy. So, thank you so much. Mike, your beauty. And you know what? Because you're a first, I sent you an email. I don't know if you got it yet, but we'd love to have you on the podcast, and they come on. On and be one of the panelists and help us review and recap one of the episodes love to have you. If you're anywhere near the Eastern Time Zone and you can make it, you know, for a 10:00 recording on a Thursday night. We'd love to have you. So Mike looking forward to hearing from you but thank you so much for being a patron and speaking up the rubles as well or no. But the night, the cool thing is we just set it up and for the first time ever patreon is Patron patreon sorry is Hang us to accept Canadian money. So be like up until like this week, we could only accept American currency and what other whatever other great thing is our my he comes in all different colors. It's really interesting. Yeah. Americans actually think it's fake money. The other cool thing is Mike is a, I won't say how much he's supporting his for, but it's in u.s. Money. So he's actually we're getting more money than he thinks. Forget he's giving us because the concurrence of thank you so much Mike. That exchange rates. Yes. And speaking of support. Last week, we had our season three recap with Dean Giles and then it's Coogan. We had a great time with Dean and Dennis and season 3. Got a fresh rating from everyone except for Victor who gave it a clearance. According to our scientific Twitter poll eighty-five point seven percent gave it a fresh 11.4%, gave it a clearance and 2.9% gave season 3 a compost. So and those are the things that 35 people. So that was a pretty good poll, this week we recap and review the Episode of season four. Never work a day in your life. Have you done your homework Tanya? Yes, I thought I had to do it without you. Yeah, no, it's cool. That my God, I am gonna watch it with you. I want to see your reactions Victory if you done your homework, I have done it with pleasure. All right? And Matt you did yours really early. You're muted. Try it again. Try again, f****** embarrassing. There's yours funny at work. I am actually trying to get this little thing going. Where if you talk while I am mute, you gotta pay a dollar to a jar. We do something with that much awesome. You can be our new Patron to, so yes, what I was saying and it was Seltzer's more elegant. The first time is, yes, I did my, and I did it. Not only once but twice because I did my three days ago and then I watched it again today. Wow, so yeah, okay, well, we will get to whether you like it or not but it sounds like you did. So let us start. Where's my dad already said? Played it wrong Flores. Get to the conditions will start with the cold open. We open on a series of limericks delivered by most of the characters updating us on what happened. Since the end of season 3 starting with Wayne Your gal has a cousin whose fun? And she is no longer your hon because you had to pop him and boy, did you drop them? Yeah, you did. What had to be done? Came to you after having a bar fight, but like you got hit by a car, right? But your pal, had your back went on the attack, but it turned out his gal. Like a nightlight, the God-fearing sack of s*** Bradley came in, and he f***** up so badly that your brother stepped in which he's gal calls a sin but I do the same f****** gladly. Well, you're not really sure is what went down but you here's you look like a real quick. Your pal had a scrap, like, a real proper snap. And since he's been wearing is a brown in Limerick form. We also find out that from Riley and Jonesy that Katie chose Riley, which makes it hard for Jonesy to be smiling. Stewart, has been medicating himself heavily and Glenn has been kicked out of the church, so, he's been filling the void with street. Preaching Gail is sad, because she won't see, either way nor Rosie at her birthday, and it's been two months since Rosie left Wayne after his, Our fight with Bradley is sad or Wayne is sad but Unapologetic for sticking up for his friends and that and then cue the music. So let us talk about this cold. Open tenía. What did you think of the cold open? I finally got to hear it when you played it right now. Oh my God. Like totally missed. What the hell was being said? I did. I knew there was like, limericks going on, but I couldn't so you can really get when that happens. You can't ask me to rewind. I don't mind doing that for you TV's. Do that these dead TVs. For you. It's not like the old days when we had to sit down. I was like, what, what it was? I don't know. I don't know whether you slow it down when we are listening to the clips this way. But for, so I can hear, you know what it is when we're watching it. You don't turn it up enough because you're afraid of waking the kids cracked with the really loud f-bombs that sometimes happen. Orders, never know what's going to happen so you don't hear it. And like so maybe we need to turn the subtitles on or maybe we need to watch it downstairs where we can have it a little off. But anyway, I don't know. Oy's machine to your kids rooms to my, my daughter has multiple noise is happening, and it's, I don't even know how she sleeps. But anyway, it's to drown out all the voices in her head apparently. Oh my gosh. So, tell me what did you do now that, you know, what was said, it sounds like you remove four of them this week. So what did you think of the cold open? It was good. Yeah. Yeah. That's it. Just good. Yeah, it is. We're missing out on the talk format of this stuff. I loved it. I thought it was a great synopsis of a great way to synopsize what happened at the end of the season 3, a good reminder of everything. And a good way to set up this episode and it's funny. So I am going to talk about earlier on this week. I got a cryptic message from Matt saying we should start our podcast with, for limit. We should write for limericks, for our podcast. And, and I am earlier this week, I wasn't in the mood. Many things happening obviously. External and internal that I didn't I couldn't be bothered and I hadn't watched the episode yet. So I couldn't remember why he was like, I didn't know why he was asking me to write for limericks. So I said, no thanks. I am just going to write one and I kind of made it sound like if you wanted to write the other three. He be more than welcome. Anyway, as you heard at the beginning of this podcast, I did end up running today I felt a little bit a more little bit better and a little end I was able to write for limericks, and we were able to write a record though. Because once I watched the episode, I am like oh that's why. Matt was asking me to do that. That makes so much more sense and it. So I really wanted to do it, and so we were able to pull it off. Victor would you think? I thought it was great. I had the luxury of I guess hearing what they were saying so what makes a bit of a difference and so that helped me appreciate the opening a little more than ten-year but I enjoyed it because it wasn't just rhyming for the sake of rhyming. They were actually giving us they were giving us good information. Yeah. So I have to appreciate that. Yeah, I was a little distracted because it looked like squirrely, Dan. I was going to call him squirrely. Matt, it's okay. Mom. Yeah, I said look like you lost a little weight, which was a little concerning no. But it's about aside from that. I really loved it. Matt just got so Serious. When you said that he's like oh I miss something like that. You can see me. It's creepy. It was so good. This opening me. It wasn't the funniest opening but it was the smartest opening. Yeah. I think it's such a great job of bringing all the characters back and letting us know what's what? And just. Yeah, I loved it and I loved it. You again. This is probably the first time ever. I have watched something before you guys I was totally Perplexing. I asked them to do that. But I know Al well enough if I put a little idea nugget there, and he catches on to what it's what I am going with. He comes through with a charm and you did, man, you met? Yeah, so I love that. You wrote those. It was so fun. And no, I thought it was a really smart great way to start the season. I think it was a top-five open, you know, but if you count the Alphabet Aerobics, as some of the best ones, the attention is paid is a good one. And the one that you and I enjoyed but Victor, not so much was the second one where they were the they were talking about detentions paid. I forget now this from last season. Anyway, the only other thing I know is I would say, and it's funny that 10. You called out the speed at which she heard it, but I thought this is the slowest that Wayne has ever delivered lines. Yeah, I think they wanted to make sure it was nice and clear. What they were saying and doing. Yeah. Yeah. I think it was just the volume issue for you guys. Maybe. And by the way, if Fine. If you, if you guys have the option of using subtitles, why the hell would you not? We tried before I asked for them and it didn't apparently, it wasn't all turn it back on. If you want. Did you ask Allard you just ask the TV subtitles? Yeah, I mean the only thing with subtitles is you might miss some visual gags but I think you're with Letterkenny. I think you're better off with subtitles on than off for sure. All right, coming out of the opening theme, we have seen one a musical Montage. Start shows us Wayne touring while Katie watches. Darian squirrely Dan playing catch at the farm Gail, working at the bar, this kids doing, copious amounts of drugs, Jonesy working out at the gym alone. Then Dairy dancing at the bar. Riley sitting in his Jeep alone, Glenn standing on a stoop, preaching to homeless guy on the dollar store parking lot, Rosie sitting and reading alone. Then back to the borrower, Dairy is still dancing with a woman, some Dijon pushes him away and starts dancing with the same woman, prompting squirrely Dan to step in to defend Dairy. And then a brawl ensues at the bar with the Hicks, including joint, boy Tyson, and even Dickens joins in Dickens. So that's obscene one scene to the next day at the hick. The next day, the Hicks are hanging out the produce and dairy brings up Gail's birthday, party mode. Means to that night, and that's Wayne. If he will attend Wayne says, he's got too much. Turn to do squirrely. Dan, thanks? Wayne's doing extra work to distract himself from feelings. He doesn't want to be dealings with presumably. He's talking about Rosie and Wayne response get real. A lot of we're playing well, do what you love, and you will never work a day in your life and that's the first time. But not the last time we heard the tagline for the episode. It's were lead a nice Wayne, if stormy has come out of the barn, yet, this seems to agitate Wayne just then Riley pulls up alone. He makes the mistake of asking the Hicks if they have missed him. Anyone ever tell you what an a******? You look like you're a complete f****** flop. Bud. Pull your finger out of your ass. You f****** pipe fitter, rather be watching a hobo. Jerk-off we'd be lucky to be watching a hobo jerk off. Right now, I would rather be watching a paper, cut in slow-mo. I would rather be watching a 10-man. Lemon party on an IMAX movie screen don't let granny Google. You know what you'd be my grammy soulmate cupcake, your bum fluff? Bud, sing a song or something? To attract. You f****** useless. What's your laundry folding Channel hunt? I bet you know exactly how many days it is until Christmas. Don't you bud? Hello, what's your laundry folding Channel? II love that they always catch up to all the little things that I talk about the, but eventually they catch up to it later and in future episodes. Yeah. Yeah. Thank you for that. The limb party and stuff. Yeah, I am so glad I got the inside joke on that one. Well, that's it helps to be an Insider. Katie comes to rallies Rescue by calling out to him to join her in the house, Wayne returned to touring and squalid and admits he kind of Wonders what the other nutsacks been up to meaning Jones. Cut to Scene, Three Jonesy's alone, at the gym. His work out as distracted by a good-looking woman, but as he watches her walk off, he's interrupted by a couple of guys, Ron and Dax played by James Daley. And Gregory Waters, who begin cat, calling Jonesy about the Rocket, Boys. Billet, Brothers, an f****** Rocket Boys. Want to watch me shoot from my point, but I gotta stick. You can handle no penalty for hair-pulling in this game. Check you from behind. Let us Play Dirty snipe. Let us muck it up different. Kind of head shots over here, but don't need a conch, you too intimate. Darkroom rockwheel of Stick, Swing and voice. How about a quick poke check? Oh, I love a good. Scare in the slot. You like a long twig or short quick show you an illegal curve. Lay some skin. Not coming right up, boys. Jonesy says he misses his buddy at which point Ron and Dax offered to be his buddy scene for the Hicks are taking a break in the kitchen. They're exhausted except for Wayne who repeats his line of do what you love. And you will never work a day in your life, Katie asks about stormy and why she isn't leaving the barn, not even for breakfast it. Wanes annoyed, Dairy suggest giving her some vitamin di hati suggest that the only other dog. That stormy is taken to was Rosie's dog. Sido Wayne About how good of a dog Seto is Darien squirrely. Dan agree. That Seto. Such a good boy. Katie suggest Wayne should call Rosie for stormy sake because she's such a good girl? Plus, they had such beautiful, beautiful litter, the Hicks go off on puppy talk. Katie says it's settled. Then time to call Rosie to bring over C do. This gets a hard now from Wayne. He's too busy touring and so it's time to get back to work and so this gets a form the others who aren't ready to get back to work scene. 5, Riley is outside the dollar store Jonesy rides up on a bicycle. Hey buddy, hey buddy, how you do buddy? I am good. What kind of bomb buddy? Yeah, he's kind of bomb, buddy. No, I am just a lonely, but I am good, bro. You know I am so good. Yeah, that's good. Yeah, totally get these. Yeah. Totally but hmm. You know, I am I mean, I am kind of, I am kind of bummed gonna bomb to. Yeah, let us just Katie's. Always making me. Do stuff for her, and she's never hanging out me. She's like busy helping Wayne doing his stuff and it's like, I am good. Like I am all right, dude, I am also so good, bro, I am sick, bro, bro, I am still having the best time have the best rooms nothing's wrong in my life. Just end this kid show up and so does pastor Glenn. The two sides faced off for the right to the dollar store. Parking lot. This is our place to dance, the Disco they will get dirty. I am not here to dance, Heathen, unless, well, unless you ask me to roll, I am here to Street preach. Then reveals that since he was like go from the church due to budget cuts, you know how that goes, the Lord guided him to preach at the dollar store, the three parties, get into a hilarious Abbott and Costello routine over rips reps and Revelations. Glenn, this is where we do RIP Stuart? This is where I do Revelations. What are you guys doing? Like, we go the gym and you wrap. This is the area for reps. We just want to wrap. So we could, we could all do Revelation, we don't want any Revelations, just wraps on. So rips just rap. What about reps and Revelations just wraps, you cannot do rips and Revelation, there will be no rips done in. Hey, Hand. However, I can Envision a scenario in which I am doing Revelations. And you two are doing reps, and I am watching, and I like it just rests rips wraps Revelation her, right? Revelation after Revelation, uh, Bonnie McMurray comes out to break things up. She's called the cops scene, 6 at the farm. Katie sees Wayne for the second time, greets him with a, how are you now? And when Wayne says good news, she responds. Well, then tell it to your face Wayne is brushing Gus. Gus has For the second time that day, Katie, darienne squirrely, Dan, suggest Wayne take a break from touring wagon again answers, do what you love and you never have to work a day in your life, but this time, he sounds more annoyed. He storms off, Katie goes into The Farmhouse, leaving Dairy, and squirrely two score lead, and to ponder what they would do. If they never had to work a day in their life, you never have to work another day in your life. You think you'd be doing? That's a very good question, Dairy, what would you do? If you never have to work another day in your life? Well, pull on it like Lee. I was just thinking, I would have plenty of times for batching have so much to have a mixing, a batch. I would mix a hearty batch. If I never had work another day in my life, I would be wailing on it. Aren't just hammering on it. You like, I was back in high school. Eat my bread like owes me money like next more bastard Betty Crocker's or more home than a trombone player. You know, I said pole position in many a five-fingered race. I have handled some showers, Dickies beats sitting around stretching crotch all day, just like Humpty Dumpty, I carry bigger W and tell me sir. Right out there, he mentions that they have been helping Wayne so much with the Touring that it's been a while since the last time he leaned into one. So say is there's a matinee game on know what sport, you know. Well Yes, yes I do believe there is a game this afternoon which both Hicks sprang to their feet, take off in opposite directions. Presumably to go watch the matinee game of ball, didn't matter. I love this scene. But what is your guys take on the significance of the half face? See, I just like they got going on, and I was going to say that distracted, me and I didn't like the seam because of it. I didn't think I was like a shame tactic like It's so, I mean, there's a bunch of seeds similar scenes that they use frequently, right? And they do use this one quite a bit. I haven't used it before. This might get half their may not remember, I remember having half their face. They have sat on the deck before. Yeah. But you only see from like their eyes other idea. I don't remember the saying that before, you have even if they have done it. I don't remember it. All I know is I was, I was kind of annoyed by. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, I don't like it. Yeah, I mean that's a good point, maybe it's because it's kind of shameful topic. They're talking about, fricking way, come on, they talk about emotional fingers, up the Bobby's. So it could, it could be, they had a different director for this episode, maybe? I don't know. I mean, like, you like he's has to be. I feel like, I feel like they do use that shot and there may be in future episodes, but all right, so we will see. But it will be interesting to see if they do anything. Use that shot again. What the subject matter is? If they're talking about masturbation again, or whether it's something different, I feel like they used to or two cameras, and then they lost the footage to the first. Maybe we can see number 7 at Maureen's to Rosie's, hanging out with Gail, having a drink, Katie arrives, greets Rosie with the hairy. And now tell that to your face, Katie mentions that stormy hasn't left the barn, Rosie has heard and adds that Seto hasn't been himself either. The girls talk about, what they Would do if they had never had to work a day in their life. Rosie said she would read and then leaves to go read. Gail says she would diddle her Skittle until she spindles Cady finishes, her drink and then leaves Scene. Number eight back at the produce. Stand squarely down as Swain one last time if you'd like to go to Guild birthday party. Wayne says he's got too much trying to do there. He says he noticed the vet leaving the farm when he arrived, so he asks about stormy got a finger in the butt was it up to knuckler like a horizontal knuckler hard know. So that means that a to knuckler and confirm a person has two Knuckles. Okay. One to ask that. That, that sort of person has to nakum's per finger, one two, okay. What's wrong? So don't want to hear another word about it. F*** fair enough. Good buddy. I love that because of that says that he says it's clinical. It's proven. I still don't agree. But okay, no, it is funny. I looked it up again. I am like, I feel like I am crazy when he said because Wayne herlihy Wayne says, it has to be right? Yeah. He's f****** dead wrong here. Yeah, he's wrong there. He Ponders what it must be like. Firing Knuckles up. Ambles animals bums all day that's when Katie arrives and interrupts with the Fields tagline. Do what you love and you will never work a day in your life. Katie pulls the total at your face greeting, again, with Wayne one more time, which annoys him, Katie asks, after stormy she's physically in good shape in the best shape the vet has ever seen. So what's the problem I love? The vet, says, she might be depressed, always get depressed, get real well, then you and stormy make a fine pair of poopy pants. And like here, you only difference is that storm we can't talk and better? Good talk, then she would tell us what's wrong. So we could do something to fix it. You can talk and it would be wise for you to use that luxury to tell the appropriate parties, what's wrong? So we can do something to fix it. Well, everyone, Katie puts Wayne in this place, Seth pulls up the laneway to take the Hicks — Wayne to Gales party. Wayne goes to have another beer, but he's run out, putting him in even worse, mood C9, Riley's at the gym alone, he gets distracted by a good-looking girl and is interrupted by Ron and Dax Who start cat calling him about the f****** Rocket, Boys. Village Brothers. An f****** rocket boy. Let us play a little too on one ski. I will play left. He will play right. You fill the middle ride? The pine will change on the Fly. Let us find your neutral zones. I love the back, check you, but it's about ending Clinic over here, boys. You make my stick High, Get It, Come penetrate, the slot and still need a good day man. Show you a good deed man. Watch it. Go ahead and let me some of that skin Ronnie coming right up, taxi. Riley says, he misses his buddy and On Cue ronon, Dex Dax offers to be his buddy scene. 10 back at the farm. Wayne is staring at stormy still in the barn. So he makes a phone call scene. 11, Pastor, Glenn is on his stoop in the dollar store parking lot, preaching to no one. I the skids right up and the two sides square off and declare war scene, 12, back at the farm, Rosie gets out of her truck and get see do Rosie and Wayne have an awkward conversation. How are you? Now we're getting you and tell that to your face. What about stormy? Not so good. He's such a you knocked out my cousin, my loyalty to my family will not be compromised. Your cousin knocked out my friends. My loyalty to them will not be compromised, good enough. We're here for the dogs, okay? Better powder just send Rosie gets a call from Bradley. He tells her that he's at his second favorite. Cousin's birthday party, and he doesn't see his favorite cousin or her do Dwayne Bradley asks Rosie to put him on speakerphone. It's a biggie and pot. Nobody dared, nobody dying. And I got Wings friends. You knocked me out squared off and did it the right way. Got to be a winner, got to be losing weight, couldn't do it tonight up on the account of being unconscious s***. Describe my dude. Yeah, that was a pretty good scrap last time I checked. That's how it gets done. Got a problem you can't solve with words. You throw hands after that. It's finished. Got a problem with you but I got no problem with you. Bradley actually I got a lot of time for dudes like you Good old, boys are dying. Breed, was gotta keep a good old boy little eyes. I agree. Good old, boys, are a Dying Breed and you're the funniest f****** guy. No, Bradley. I mean seriously Rosie and Wayne give each other. The low blow a low pulse, no bones and just then still see those starts barking and stormy emerges from the barn scene, 13 cut to Gales, birthday party, Riley and Jones here at the bar getting drinks but then go in separate directions. Sadly, Lee ends up standing with Glenn, who's standing by himself everyone, at the bar toast to gills, birthday, Wayne arrives at the bar just as Bradley comes out of the men's room and then Rosie joins them to work a day in your life, and we Fade to Black and that's the episode. All right, guys, let us see, let us see how this goes. Oh, really, wow. And we Gotta Applause from both Matt and Victor Jack. Melbourne, Jack might have a it's don't say I won't you're right caitanya we're going to start with you. How was what would you think of the episode just initial thoughts? I don't know. See, no, no, see, I just watched my clap and then Victor clap. And I was quite hopeful there, Victor, because I was like, he's got the image of the train wrecks. Like it was a bad Omen. I am like, Trainwreck, I am on board with the train wreck. I didn't love this. Oh Jack, I am sorry buddy. I shoulda called it so soon. I liked the open, I liked the ending. I didn't like them. Just everything in the middle. I just didn't like, I didn't like the, the camera shot of the guys, talking I am seeing and covering their face. I just s*** around us now. I found it really about it. I just found it super repetitive. It was just the same thing over and over again, just hope a free shot. No, it was just in a different shot. It didn't. There wasn't Any anything to it? I just found it boring and I fight and I couldn't wait for it to be over. Wow. Okay I am next thank God I am Gonna Learn her something place. I am going to tell you why you're wrong. I guess this is one. This is a one of their better written episodes. It's so tight. It's so tight from beginning to end it basically chose a theme. I am a bit will choose to themes, what sorry throws one thing but then also like a recurring thing in there. So the theme, well, you know, do what you love, never work a day in your life, that was their theme, and they stuck to it, and they made it fit perfectly right to the end. Like, right, to the end, with Katie's proclamation of relationships, are hard to hard work. But if you do what you love, you never work a day in your life. That was the perfect way to end it and that was set up perfectly right from the beginning? The whole Katie, a greeting, how are you now? But tell it to your face. I love that. That was such a nice little thing. Basically, you know, calling Wayne out, that he's walking around with a big frown on his face all, and, and Rosie the same as, it was so, so well done. The opening is a top-five opening everything up. I don't care if that one shot bothers you, it's one shot in the entire episode. Everything else about this episode was so tightly written and perfect like and there was no annoying, hockey story, Nolan annoying, skid story, there's nothing there. That would make this not an anyway. I won't give a rating, but I don't understand your opinion of this episode at all. I thought it was, it was really, really solid Victor. I think, Tanya's, rating, and description is consistent with how 2001 has or 2021 has started so far. So I think it's 20, 21 has put her in a bad mood because there's no reason this, this episode isn't and I think I feel like I see Feel like the train wreck for me, was everything that's happening outside of their Letterkenny universe. And Letterkenny universe is the end and the Savior start of season 4. For me has been so far a place of pleasure and, and happiness. So, before we get, I guess to deepen, I was, I was good with this episode. I thought it was a very strong start to the season especially to the disaster, that was The final episode of season 3 which was just a complete mess. Well, you're wrong with that but whatever we're past that. Yeah, we won't revisit history, but okay, I am not going to look a gift. Victor in the mouth here, Mass, no, making you happy Max. So no, Victor liked what you said there about the 2021 rare friends and all that. Because honestly, for me this one hit home. Yes, I said at the beginning of the show is saying there was some hard Parts because I lost my poppers over the holidays you know the episode the tone of the episode. The Field theme I thought was amazing you know every one of the characters were dealing with some s*** and they were all having a hard time coming to grips with the new reality of whatever they were dealing with and that's fine. That's reality and that is 20/20, and we're all dealing with some s***, seeing the timing of this episode. Actually perfect because we're all coming into a new year hoping for a fresh start hoping things, you know, bounce back in a better way and I thought it was spot on the tell. It's your face forever. So it's funny actually because we watch that one and it wasn't the first time I watched it that I caught that right away. The second time going through a Jen was as she's like, I don't get that and about the second or third time it was said of my all. Yeah, I see what's going on. I didn't catch it right away. Either that the yeah, it's like, you know, your everyone does it, naturally they? Yes, they They someone says how you do there? So I am good but most people, and I am not most people, a lot of people aren't good and no one ever has the guts and the courage to just call out. I am not good. They say I am fine. I am good. Everything's grandi and you know, whatever you want to say. Yeah, people say that on reaction. Yeah, but never tell the trip, and on the other side, on the other side of that, just get back to ya good. Their face will tell you that they're not good, but because you don't want to press or you don't want to sit there and listen to your You just accept it right? But it's like no tell it to your face, you're not good. Like what's the problem, right? So I love that. And I know it feels like it's a throwaway line but because it's repeated over and over in the episode it's got meaning to it. I think it's got big meaning to it, not just strong because think about any scenario, a you ask someone, how are you doing? And they say, s*** or bad or terrible, you're instantly hit with this older woman like oh you want to know you want to help but you're thrown off because People instinctively, just say I am good. They don't want to open up and that's okay because that's helped a lot of people are, but the odd person will open up and I actually love when people do that. Yeah, it brings you into their world, and I am happy to listen, but it's, you're not used to it. So she's calling him on his b******* of saying I am good. And I thought that was so smart. And like I said, timing-wise it was great and even the whole the main line about do you love you, never? Sorry, was it, do it? Do what you love, and you will never work a day in your Work. Thank you. Oh my God. Yeah. Thank you. I love that line to and I never understood that even personally until recently. Again I have been with the organization I am with for many years and admittedly I haven't loved my job. I had a job and it was a job that paid my bills and got me through my days. Only in the last I would say a year or two. Can I fish Ali? Say I love my job and I love what I do and I feel like I am making change and I feel like I am doing good things and it really I don't. Mind getting up in the morning. Coming to work and it's a really cool feeling, it doesn't feel like we're ever. Yeah, exactly. And I have never had that before. So I fully get what that saying. I know that they're using it universally just be sure everything. But no I thought this was such a fantastic opening episode from start to finish like there's a few things in the show where I thought you might object-- to like the whole ronon Dex thing. I have no, you may not have enjoyed that because it kind of It might remind you of shape and Henry. What are they called, choppin? Hal Kingsley. Kingsley, but they're not. And you will see later on that, those two characters are actually they actually figure quite prominently in on this show, and they're important figures. But I and the one thing I do like about those scenes because, yeah, it's kind of back to that like old style Letterkenny where it's like going back and forth and there, They're riffing on all these gay stereotypes or whatever you want to say our chirps. But what I love about the show, obviously like I have said it in the past is where they kind of reverse roles and in this case, they have reversed roles these. These two gay guys are cat calling, another guy in the gym now, think about, I didn't mind that, think about, okay, so, but maybe I will just say then why? Why? I think I love that scene. Because if you think about in real life, if that happened in real life, Spit it out at a gym sighs. I feel like and it's bad say, but they probably get the s*** beaten out of them. Well, I thought it was quite clever the way they talked about the stick and everything else. So, yeah, I think those guys would get beat up if this happened in real life, but basically what they're doing is they're treating other men at the gym, the way, some men treat at the gym treat other women abso. So it was like a role reversal there and I loved it and I loved how uncomfortable both dryly and Jonesy were when they were. I didn't mind. That see the things that I didn't like and I will put my shirt more words into it. Then I didn't like when, when Wayne, when, okay, buddy comes up in the car, and they start ripping him apart. That's what they do. That's, that's bad for him because I am starting to like him as a person. But, but again, he's the boyfriend, and he's the brother, but he's the boyfriend of the brother, but I have that Dynamic rate from episode. Where right from episode 1, this is just a repeat of episode one except Time. He's alone. He doesn't have Jonesy. Yeah, and I felt bad for him for that. I didn't like though, and they really tore into him, like, really like to the point where there buddy should be sitting there and either turning around and leaving or crying, no, because he's too. But he's, you know, like the same because of because you felt bad for him or because you don't understand the, oh no, I just felt like they were being too. They were bullying him. They were good. They were like, yeah. But I didn't, I didn't love. Well, they don't, but it's a two-way street just think back to episode 1 where they arrived in these to do. Douchebags, you know, ya can't come out of a Jeep and you don't know them yet, right? And it's like, you're thinking, yeah, these guys deserve everything. They're getting, ya know, there's, yeah, there's no bullying on this show. They're, they're dishing it out. But at any, at the same point Riley and Jonesy can dish it out with the best of them. And so, in just this scene and the purpose of this scene he was, yeah, he was deflated. I am gonna hate isn't any bullying on a show that I think so. So, no, I think the bullying happen, I think there's chirping. I think there's tripping on the show like Riley and Jonesy their merciless when they're in the rink when they're in their element hockey. The hockey locker room is, there's a bunch of bullying going on there, my friend. Yeah, we Shore it comes at them. They go back just as hard but with Wayne. Yeah. And especially when he's alone, and I feel like the purpose of those scenes to are just as show that Wayne's in a really bad mood, he's in a bad place. Yeah, I think that's the purpose of those things. It was like three. Just one and I just felt like he was being piled up on, and he didn't have his buddy there beside him to help him out. I am sure of the situation and it just it looked like he was a dog with a tail between his legs. Like, this is, take a step back, right? Take a step back and think about. Okay, what are, what is Riley's big issue in this episode? Is it the fact that he's getting some ribbing, from his hick buddies? Or is it the fact that he's lost his best friend right there? Just you know what I mean? Like big picture is this really the problem? No, the whole episode was just all about sad, it just seemed dead to me. Yes, there was no, there was no laughter. There was no, there's a lot of laughter, but it's also setting up to sleep and running through the field. Saying, catch me. If we can't, like there was just, there was nothing, there was nothing to say. I think you're wrong and for those listening were clearly trying to sway her, and we are because we're looking for the Unicorn, we're trying to help. Melbourne. Jack yelling at it. Yeah, we're parking lot, the whole rips breasts and, and that, that was all. That's a classic comedy bit. That's a class. That's, that's Abbott and Costello like, that's, that's what that is. That's what is ripping? What is written there? Doing drugs that they're doing drugs? Wraps is a workout thing and I don't understand the rip. It was funny. I like the thing and I thought I was ripping dancing or is resting for a dance in front of a friend of a religious guy. No. Their dress at least Rock rolled controlled can't read because it was a dance. Move Stewart, Stewart wanted a rip and rolled like, we can't do grips in front of a priest, so yeah, no, I thought it was a dance thing, so all right, we're we may not be able to sway, which is unfortunate. This is an episode one of a new season. They have got to set something they have got to set up the story for the rest of the season. So it also before also attend you before you give your rating just try and reflect back on how to vote. Six of see Season 3 and as you're giving your rating just think, is this episode better or worse than? Wow. Victor's. Really, he's here, right. He's advocating for a unicorn here. Look like this new Victor. Yeah, it's a new Leaf. It's a new 2021 Victory. Gave the purple last season. A fresh my friends. So I think it tied up, like, you know, it tied up the previous season and then it's set up this new Season with like there's yeah there's loneliness. That's what this new seasons about, poor Riley and Jonesy they miss each other. Like that relationship is such that, I have seen things that have to happen. I have seen like because he's with Katie doesn't mean that their relationship has to end well because we have got a brokerage mean. Yeah. What do you mean? Come on, it's not just she just picks her best friend, right? All right here. I need to unfortunately School my wife on a harsh reality. When before guys, before guys meet women and then marry them, they have buddies. And then when they get married those buddies, they might still just be friends, but they don't ever spend the same amount of time or the same quality of time with each other anymore because now they have got wives or girlfriends, like it's just the reality. It's a truth. Matt says nodding right in fact, I mean how many relationships have you seen where there's like Those who lose all of their male friends because of the relationship, right? It's the same thing here, Riley and Jonesy spent every week they slept in the same bed off the often together. And now one of them is with Katie and the other one can't be with, with r. I remember, they would go to bed FaceTiming. Yeah, no, that can't happen anymore. Riley, now has to focus on Katie or else he will lose Katie, and maybe then, you know, whatever is like, so and one hand, and we're not when they're not together? She hasn't going around doing stupid chores. Yeah, exactly. Yeah and there's so much love between these guys. That one is happy for his outcome but feels bad for his buddy, and they work both ways like the opening limericks spokes that perfectly. Let us just, which isn't always happen. But they're both like, you know, he's getting laid. I am happy for that trade and I just wish he is. Katie had a clone or whatever. Yes. Exactly. And then same with the other guy from Jonesy's water, Riley's. Well, he was like this is the opposite, he's a Vista. Yeah, they still are happy for each other, but they're still there. They're missing each other. Yeah, for sure, I think that's a great. I think it's a nice story there and II. Don't know, maybe I do. You should marinate on that one. A bit more of those. I will re-watch people already and give you a rating next week. Yeah. Now having said that the first one in the line up to give the rating is Tang. Wait a second. Matt try last time. Can I like, defer know what you can do is give your initial. There's no confusion. I know you said you gave season 3 a fresh but I don't believe you gave episode 6 of fresh. So again, reflect on that and remember an episode where our favorite our favor Trio were basically the douchebags and acting particular all throughout the writing was atrocious ancient is into dealers it was just awful. And so as you're giving your rating for this episode just reflect and then proceed, I am looking The ratings. Now for episode 6 and guests and you gave it a clearance vicar, gave it a compliment. She gave it a low clearance and the only reason she gave it a clearance. As she felt peer pressure employed by the two of you, but that never happens. All right, so give your initial rating. If we change your mind, you're more than welcome to change it later. What do you give this episode? A fresh the clearance or compost? Like you're like talking through your teeth is like Irish. I say how much you like in that couch out. I will get to watch some more movies I guess. I don't know what's True Romance? Oh my okay. So as I said, I did enjoy the cold open, I even though I didn't hear it entirely, but I got to hear it now and I liked it and I love the ending. How everybody got back together? I always love Wayne and his words of wisdom, I live. True to his word because I repeat them regularly and this one is absolutely one of those that I have coined well before hearing this show. There were a few things that I did, like, in the middle, there was a lot of things I didn't like in the middle, but I will give it a clearance, okay? Way to stick to your guns, carjacked in the face of so much peer pressure. All right. It was never going to be a fresh people. Sorry. Dot not, I just I will re-watch it. I will give you. I don't, I don't understand. I don't understand. I understand you done. It's an absolutely. It's absolutely a fresh and Euro shaking your nuts. It's weird. I like after Watching it this week and remembering what episode this was. I am like, cool. Could we actually have a unicorn? I felt that strongly about it. Oh my God, I think I like it, just the writing. It's a, it's a complete never aligned. It's a complete episode for me. Like, just I got excited because none of the things that usually annoy you guys, like any kind of stupid skid storyline or stupid hockey storyline. They weren't there. So that's why I was kind of excited about this one but You know, to each their own. I think it was great. I love the theme, I love how they stick stuck to it, and they earned that ending. The ending was really good because they set it up from the beginning, great cold open. I think it's a top-five cold, open the introduction of Ron and Dax great. And yeah, setting up the whole rallying Jonesy like missing each other story. I loved like everything. There's nothing wrong with this episode, nothing negative about this episode that I can think of — that one shot that's kind Awkward like but that's it. So I think you went in my spot but anyway. No. Your next now Victor go. All right. I thought I was after 10. You. I am all right. But anyway, I try to mix it up every episode. All right, so it's an easy fresh II actually thought that we probably would have a unicorn this time around because I couldn't think of really anything tremendously Pensive or there wasn't really any of the story lines that were bad. I thought it was all kind of very, very tight. It Was Written. Well, it had a strong open that are strong finished or was a tight theme throughout and again they, you know, I know you were going on about all they deserve that finish, or they don't deserve that finish or whatever. That the, even though this wasn't a season finale, wasn't at the ending desert, like it was all building up to it. And it was a beautiful analogy and beautiful way to end it. Um, but yeah, I am just surprised because I didn't I, you know, I wasn't really anything bad. Everything was really, really good. There was a couple of questionable, camera shots. Yes, right. But I don't, I don't think that Tanya and her heart is giving this a clearance because of the bad choice of camera work in one scene that is got to be a kind of other things there, I hope, but I think she's in a bad mood, huh? I am from the worm the yeah or poor bad kind of ant really nothing that made me know. But so yeah that's one thing I will say it wasn't there wasn't anything that made me laugh out loud in the set. Mean there's a few things I made me giggle, but you're right. There wasn't like a really, really super funny. It was nothing like oh, yeah. Oh God. Yeah. No, there was nothing. There was just the way it was. No, but that's ok. Sometimes, right? I think we are all talk. I am okay with comedy but it's more of a dramedy where, you know, it's sometimes their day Do gags for the sake of gags. And sometimes they try to focus more on the story and throughout, there's going to be some laughter and you're right. This is not one of the funniest episodes, but it just, it was just written so well that you kept it. Kept me interested from beginning to end and there's been episodes. Were I have kind of sometimes I would lose interest halfway through, but I was her horse, you know, force my way through it. So we could have a good intelligent conversation about it but this, this episode and those are far and few between Seen this episode was a good start to the season for and makes really excited thinking that he will maybe they brought their s*** to this, but they realized they were embarrassed of how they ended season 3, just get over. It they secretly. They got together and said, guys need to be better. We need to do better, and they did and good got on them, and so I have to give a fresh for that. All right, Matt. Victor you crack me up man. So I mean I don't know what else to say you know. Victor not tan. Yeah, absolutely covered this. You got you whipped topping teams there Matt you're just like we're gonna go with a unicorn. It's go sometimes happen to at once I think twice We have had two unicorns, but I swear one and a half one, where Matt was a way, it was a unicorn by proxy because he still gave me his rating. He gave me his real. Take, it will take. It's going to happen Trice. I thought this was it. Jack rub? Our apologies, I am sorry. Yeah, yeah, that's right. You were his favorite, but you know, that's all right. It's out. It's absolutely a fresh this in. And I agree with a lot with pretty much everything you guys are saying. It's, I mean, was The funniest. No, but I know, I said it being. I am a movie fanatic. I love movies. I can watch every genre and if it's funny, you better be funny. If you're not funny, you better have a good story and I thought this one brought the season in on such a strong point. I thought that topics and things were so relatable. You know, the way I would describe it is a very genuine episode, you know. Yes you did. You really pay attention to it, anyone can relate to what's going on. You know, they're all having down times are All finding ways to deal with the life around them and I thought it was so timely in this fact that we're reviewing this right now, in terms of what the hell is going on in the goddamn world, right now, even the dogs were depressed, even the dogs that are present. Yeah, so and yes, it hit home with the dogs and hit home with there's some. But as putting that bias aside, I just thought it was such a great smart, well-written well-rounded episode. So there's no way I can give it anything less than a fresh. Awesome. All right, let us get to our Top fives. Now I am going to start with 10. Yeah but obviously a clearance isn't going to crack your top five correct? No. All right we're going to go to my top 5 and this is absolutely going on my top five and I believe it's actually going to go in this, this episode is that strong, but I am going to put it in at my number three, it's going to, it's going to bump everything, super soft down. And Bradley is a killer down and bump ain't no reason to get excited off. Like that's I really, I really felt Wrongly about this episode. So I am putting this one at number 3. Victor, what was my number two? So right now you're not allowed to question the back bush. Let us make this one. Number three. This is your number three as well. So that's going to push battle for bonding McMurray. Yeah, okay. Yeah. Which makes mad happy I guess. Well, not quite far books still on your list. Yeah, that's right. But it's move down now to number five. So it's actually got a little excited. Yeah. Matt does this crack your top five? I am gonna pop off wing, man way and put it in a five. There you go. Not Add. All right. Great. I mean look it was a I thought it was a strong episode. So let us go on to listener comments. That will only have one that I want to talk to the that came up and that was from our Patron micro Ranger. Who said he loved the season recap episode. It was great. Thank you. Mike again for just all the support for and putting your money where your mouth is. Thank you so much. Let us see. What else can we talk about here? Let us talk about the DM group for a second here. Lots of subjects talked about this week, a lot of happy New Year plans. Bonfires there was a Matt had a poll waffles versus pancakes and I believe a lot of gentlemen, waffles is the runaway winner there? Absolutely. Yeah. Why wouldn't be? But I had you, I don't want to be friends with people that pick pancakes. This is. Yeah, it's weird if you did though, I was so divided guys. Yeah. Some Sports Talk, Melbourne. Jack posted a picture of him at a live sporting event in Australia, which made everyone really jealous because they handled covid. So, well that they're able to have to go to live sporting events, and we're here like f****** nut sacks waiting for everyone to follow the rules. There's a bit of hockey talk and speaking of hockey congratulations to our us friends the u.s. Juniors, won Gold, well-deserved you know I didn't watch One game of it is part of the whole Sports. Talk was me? Commenting on how I am just, haven't been in the mood, like the Raptors have started, I don't care. The leaves are starting to suck. Yeah, the brand Raptors aren't, but it doesn't matter even though if even, if they were good at the season started, and I didn't even know that it started, and I am honestly like on top of this stuff and I haven't followed any of it, the world juniors, the basketball, hockey starting, and I am having a hard time carrying right now. I don't know whether it's because of the pandemic, or They're not playing in Toronto, there playing elsewhere, and so they, I decided II agree with you, but I can't wait for, for January 13th. I am just on pins and needles were just waiting. That's what, that's when hockey season starts. So it will be interesting because now they got the, the Canadian division. So there's going to be a lot of games against the Leafs against jobs, leaves against Ottawa, and that it's always going to be like when they play them each other enough, it's going to those games are going to get nasty. There's gonna believe sir, such a bit of a, I mean, there are different. And team this year there, they have got a completely different makeup on their second half and or bottom. I guess bottom six, you wouldn't call them and their d looks different. And, so I am just really excited to see how they're going to come out of the gate and how they're going to play. So that's going to be exciting. And then my other favorite team or the New Jersey Devils. And so all those out there, that know, anything about hockey can laugh at me, but I am super excited about that as well. And also, I have got a, I have got a kid that loves both basketball and hockey and it Just something to kind of talk about and have fun with it as well. So it's pretty cool. And we all now know how much Tanya loves the D. So she will be watching this for that, watch it but offensively or defensively. So we also talked a bit about death to 2120 on Netflix which 10 you. And I finally watched and it was, it was amusing. You know, is a lot of fun. Did you guys see it? I thought I think, Matt know you didn't I have met. You did see it? No. No I watch for 10 seconds is haven't had a chance to finish the rest. Victor. Did you see it? Sorry? See what death to 2020? Oh yeah, I saw that. I loved it. I was hoping to catch up with Linda, but didn't happen. So I couldn't wait. And I just watched it and I enjoyed it. Yeah, it was fun. Yeah, and there's a lot, I mean, I am not going to win any Oscars. It was just a clever way to retell 20-20-20. It was, you know, it was, it was amusing. Yeah. And depressing. Yeah, yeah for sure. And there's a little more talked about than I do, but Nanaimo bars, but also Beaver Tails, which is when the tank is favorites. Yeah. So the folks on the DM started talking about the different, I guess desserts that their countries might be known for. So Nanaimo bars beavertails something called Luca Matey's or Luca Maids or something like that. I don't know what those are. But interesting and then again, Melbourne Jackson talked about something in Australia called chick 0, which is kind of like a deep-fried spring roll and the he posted a video of the chick. Oh, I guess commercial or whatever. And it's got like a an infectious kind of jingle. And we're like, well Nanaimo bars are beavertails need better marketing because it was kind of fun commercial, and then we ended off the whole thing with masturbation euphemisms people. Well, I am glad you said you put Miss. Eames Looking forward to today's episode that way everyone was sharing, everyone was sharing, you know, different ways of describing masturbation was kind of funny because they were looking forward to this episode. And, and that's a fun thing. We have noticed everyone on the damn, well, not everyone, but a lot of people in the end grouper, like, what episode are we reviewing today? Oh, we're watching it, I am watching it now so that when they listen to us, Rave about it or not, they can join in on the fun. So that's, that's been a bit of a fun kind of side effect to this whole Twitter DM thing. If you want in on the conversation you can just DM us at Twitter at produced and pod.com and ask to be added to the group and then you can join in on all the fun. So, let us do some final comments for the episode 10, you do. Or for just the podcast, what you have anything final to say II fear to say, anything, really? I think it's all good. It's okay, we're over the hump. I want to say sorry too. Our friend. Oh yeah, it was Melbourne, Jack here. I am going to read it also after watching this week's episode, does anyone else get the feeling this week? Might just be a unicorn. I don't want to jinx it but just saying well Goddamn it really who's playing here. Is it tan you or the fact that he said it? Yeah, maybe you know, we have to blame a friend. Yeah, bruh. Jack. Yeah. Finding somebody. I am so sorry. I am so sorry. I will. I will watch it again. I will be in the best mood possible. All and all the shut out before the game was finished. Yeah. Shame on you jack. Yeah, yeah. Very sorry. People. Oh good. Yeah, my, so my only comment about the episode in general. If you liked this episode was kind of you know a call back to, you know, early Letterkenny I thought the writing and humor in it was kind of back to that see and I didn't like any of those. I am so maybe that's why but I really enjoyed it. Is just like again is a tight script is a you know good theme and just really enjoyable and watch out for Ron and Dax because they do figure in heavily in future episodes, and they're good characters Victor. Yeah, it's going good. I am feeling good about season for, I am hoping that the show continues to just keep the momentum and continue to improve. And hopefully we're not going to get the same kind of Ebbs and flows that we had in season 3. I know that you guys are 11th season 3 and for me, it was up and down. So hoping for more consistency Out of Season 4, okay? And Matt, Fantastic. Start like I mean it was gonna be a fight. It's gonna be a fun run, it's refreshing. It's a good way to start the year after coming off the mess. That is 2020. We will see how this here goes but I know we have this and I so appreciate all those listen to long as I say every week and yeah, I mean I now pointed out I we he and I bounce my ideas are bouncing At about that about how people and some of you are listening and asking what episode were reviewing, and it's so much fun that you're following along with us and admittedly. I have not watched season nine, yet. I know Al did ya bastard, but that's okay. That's okay. Oh, one last thought I forgot the haunting of Modena I was just gonna ask you. So you finally watched it, right? I got crave. I finally got crave. So I moved, Angela's 21st century and I have craved now. So, And absolutely a fresh Victor. What is wrong with you? There was too much discombobulation. My friend who broke the Unicorn that we, I know, right? Not me, totally not. Yeah, I got your back on this one. It was so good. I don't know. Did that break your top five at all or no? No, no. It did bring my top by honestly, I don't think any of those Spin out the episodes will but I will be, you know if you have has been outside, I love them when their holiday oriented, that's okay. When they're just throw away, there's a different story. I thought that Bodines to, was our, The Haunting emoting to was so good. I was just a lot of fun. Okay, question, I think if there was an actual dick in a jar, I might have given you fresh. Yeah, here's that. Okay. Did you watch the episode or did you listen to the podcast, which came first I watched the episode and then listen to do? Listen to our podcast, I watched the episode. Okay. Thank you for your reference. I actually heard that because he heard that in the best of that. I posted a couple of days ago. Yeah. Like long as you're keeping up Al appreciates. Yeah. I know. All right. Hold it. I am using that as my scapegoat. Oh yeah. Okay so you have until I don't know maybe March and then you can't use that as an excuse anymore. Got it deals. I was gonna ask What do you think that was in the jar? I will get back to you and I will take a rain check. Yeah those funny. Alright guys, I am going to play us off with a song from today's episode. It's called Paint It. Gold by fake shark, real zombie. That's all we have for this episode.
